We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

Stopped at the hotel for 10 days in early August 2024. Cleaning was only to change the main towels and fill the bed, to remove the trash. Some days of cleaning was not made at all. Even when the door handle was ”please, clean my room”. It is worth adding that there is no towel dryer in the room and on the balcony too things or towels do not dry with a tick. Breakfasts can be estimated at 2 out of 5, you will not go hungry, But everything will be as uniform and cool as possible, even if you come to the beginning of breakfast (8:00-10:30). Breakfasts were almost non-diversified in the variety of dishes during all 10 days of stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great location in the sea and the nearest city, but it has a great king-size bed, a beautiful powerful air conditioning and a good view of the sea with a balcony. sights. Everything is in step-by-step availability, including exchanges and necessary shops. Staff is not rude, but also high service does not provide a feeling that your stay is indifferent to them. Классный, современный отель в Батуми. Накодиться рядом с набережной. Внутри все новое - современное - в минималистическом стиле. Номера большие , сделаны с деревянным интерьером - что придает уют. Но мерах есть и детки и комсметические принадлежности. Единственный минус - брали с видом на море - но его из-за растительности не было( были на 3 этаже) из всех 3 окон, плюс шум от дороги. В отЕл. Хотелось возвращаться. Удобная кровать и отличный душ. Плюс хороший бассейн на крыше с лежаками и шикарным видом. Ну и оставил самые лучше впечатления - завтрак! Это вкусно и разнообразно ! Если Батуми - то однозначно отель этой сети!

Excellent place to stay in Batumi, with great location. Visited with my girlfriend. The room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Lizi, who communicated and helped us to book the room and also gave us late check out for which we are very grateful. Also Thanks to Natia , who helped us to get the room with sea view. Whole stuff was very professional, helpfull and kind. Great place to stay. Recommended to everyone.

The hotel is a bit hard to find. Check in on your own. The cleaning lady is very friendly.

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

You need to take the elevator to the 9th floor and find the room where the girl is sitting)). I do not want to describe the situation of this room, but it leaves much to be desired. Feeling like they live there. In the hallway from 12 to 23 with a little loud enough music plays, the room is clearly audible. After 22:00 she already gave us discomfort. The room itself is large and spacious. There is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer, disposable slippers. Stable wi-fi. Room with a balcony, a view of the construction site a meter from the building and a little bit of the sea. Bathroom. Very inconvenient toilet! Watering can in the shower with cracks, water goes in different directions. Everything is very tired. Well, a white towel with stains as a gift (we were surprised to change it, but when you get out of the shower without expecting this, it's unpleasant).
