I want to start by saying there were two positives … the hotel reception staff and that the room was clean. Also keep in mind when choosing this hotel it is 3 star although it barely reached this standard imho. On the first night we were located in a room on the 5th floor overlooking the rear of the hotel. This was directly level with a huge air con unit (or similar) - see photos. Even with the window shut it was noisy and echoed in the courtyard of the two hotels. The air con in the room was noisy as was the fridge. Not a great nights sleep ! We asked reception staff to move rooms and were located in a room at the back of the hotel again but two floors down. The noise from the air in unit the second night was marginally better but still evident. Breakfast was not good and so I only had it in the first morning. The area where the hotel is located is pretty dodgy and so I would avoid walking in the back streets. It was a clean hotel with dated equipment and the photos of the rooftop bar gives it a better impression of the hotel than what it really is. Would I stay here again ? The answer has to be no sorry crystal city 😔

Worst experience ever in my whole life. I have used to travel to different countries and stayed at many hotels but had never seen that bad quality and standard. First of all, rooms are very old very bad looking not clean , food is super bad and worst breakfast ever. Second the receptionist ‘Anna’ she is the worst person i had ever dealt with ever, very rude and racist in a direct way. First of all when i booked my stay we booked for 2 adults only as my kids wasn’t traveling with us, then when we arrived we informed another guy that we have the kid and he said it’s fine no problem. The next day that rude lady Anna, she said we need to pay breakfast for the kid , we told her that already the breakfast is very bad and even us won’t go for it , we will pay only the first day despite that the other guy said it’s fine. The whole stay she kept treating us in a very bad way IT ENDED up that she asked us BEFORE THE LAST DAY at 10 am to check out and leave the hotel and GO OUT look for another place. WE WERE LITERALLY SHOCKED!!! I had never witnessed this ever… am really disappointed on the level of standards we had been treated i would consider this as direct DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT .. beside all of this and the low quality we perceived at that hotel.. i would definitely WONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. For the matter of your safety and comfort please go for another option as there are alot in the same area.

This is the Monastiraki Plaza Hotel. There are actually two 360-degree hotels. The hotel is about 100 meters away from the street next door. There is also a 360-degree hotel. The front desk and hotel are much better than this one. I have seen it on the spot. Later, I found that the hotel used a photo of another hotel. The entrance of this hotel is very small. It is not easy to find. I missed it twice to find the door. I went to another 360-degree hotel and asked if they were a family, but obviously another. The family is much better than this one, and I don’t know how to book it. This is the feeling that the front desk is very small and a little small hotel. The breakfast should go around the roof and go down to the restaurant to eat. There is only one cup of orange juice per person. Going out is the hotel, there is also a grilled corn, 2 euros, tastes good, walking to the Acropolis, but the Acropolis is on the top of the mountain, climbing up requires physical strength, if you live in another 360-degree hotel, you can watch the balcony The panoramic view of the city, the airport to the hotel 10 euros direct subway, especially convenient, the Constitution Square can walk in the past, the subway will be one or two stations, there are many restaurants nearby, it is said that there is a red light district, The square is particularly lively, that is, the little girl who sells roses, tells you that it is free, but I really don’t dare to accept it. It should be better than 360 degrees, the price is almost the same, try A for Athens next time.

The room is in a great location, in the center of Athens, quiet in the bustling area. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast is made to order, and it is of a very high standard. Their steps are the kind of old-fashioned and exaggerated luxury, but the facilities in the room should be renovated and modern.

Lovely hotel only a couple of hundred yards / metres from Syntagma Square and the Parliament building. Do go and see the guards in their historic and symbolic costumes honouring the tomb of Greece’s Unknown Warrior. Despite being on the main high street of the shopping district this hotel is an oasis of calm. Stunning top floor restaurant/ breakfast area which provides a marvellous view to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. I would definitely stay here again sometime.

We stayed for 2 nights mid-August in a landmark view room with balcony. The bedroom was spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed. Balcony was huge with view to the acropolis. Staff really friendly and nothing too much trouble. The location is amazing - on a really vibrant, safe street in Athens with a short walk to the square and market. We absolutely loved it. The roof top bar is fab for cocktails/sundowners and to soak up the atmosphere of this vibrant city. The breakfast was top notch - so much choice and plentiful. Very good value for money. We have already booked again for next year!

There are features in this hotel I've either never seen before in other hotels or are treats available at only few hotels. The snacks they over nearly all day are really useful in a pinch when you're trying to wait until dinner to eat - organic crisps, fruit, water, cokes (diet and sugar), fresh cakes - everything is selected with care. The rooms are extremely comfortable - several pillows on the bed and the linens are cushy and comfy. The tv is made to be very easy to watch from the bed with several channels, although for Americans you'll have to choose from BBC, CNN or Al Jazeera - no entertainment television. Electronics shades and shutters on the windows allow for just the amount of sunlight and privacy you desire. There's a tablet for streaming that I didn't find very useful because it didn't have the basic US streaming channels for adults but it's a nice offering. Nice bath products and a nice sized shower. The bathroom is quite large for that region. They even have a scale so you can track your weight while you're enjoying the amazing food available and the beautiful indoor/outdoor cafes and restaurants in the area. This is just the most beautiful neighborhood in Athens - lovely to just walk around and actually quite nice shopping. Delis and places to buy fruit or cakes if you'd like, and just a half block from one of the best breakfast cafes in Athens: Queen Bee. I loved this hotel and am going to tell all of my friends to stay there. p.s. Anastasia goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome and attended to. She was wonderful!
