Sudah stayed here several times when visiting the rock. Even though the hose is a few years. But the condition is still good. A little different. his staff is friendly. From booking time to the day of arrival. The booking process is also easy. No requests for DP or full payment. Only confirmation 1 week ago. Things are different from others. FAMILY room is also good. quite big. Clean. Just the warm water is not stable. There can always be hot water because its capacity is not enough for everything. for the breakfast is also good. The menu is quite varied. The only thing that's getting a little bit about eggs, a total limit of the amount, and the queue is long and long, the staff should be added to it so it won't be too long, the location is pretty good, I think. But it's up to anyone's assessment of what location is.

BBerlinda_koeStayed here during long week end season, check in time already late compare to other hotel, 3 PM, and the room is not even ready yet while check out is strictly 12 PM. Asked for exact time to check in and they can’t even give answer and suggest to write the complain in the web review so the manager will trust her (which quite weird for me). We finally checked in around 3.34 PM. Hotel looks new, only 27 rooms, each rooms is one mini house and only available with 1 bed, no twin bed available. Toilet sink smell and there was mold already in toilet ceiling. No swimming pool, kids area available in the lobby (mini sand play area and some board game). Parking lot is small, but should be enough for all rooms if they only bring 1 car. Breakfast was sent to the room. Restaurant available but due to covid, they also do ala carte breakfast. Food taste was good. Wi-fi both in lobby and room area also lame, and each room will has a nokia mobile phone because no landline installed. The staff was very friendly.

Ddonid28I take vacation to Batu Malang and randomly choose this hotel. order junior suite room because bring the whole army :D from front, this hotel just look like standar 3-star hotel. But when I enter my room, I surprised because the room is very spacious and cozy. 1 king size bed and 1 queen bed. and there is a additional compliment drink like soft drink which is rare in 3-star hotel. this hotel had a strategic location, near with jatim park 3, batu night spectacular, and alun-alun malang. very good if you had a family vacation. but the breakfast is very few variation but there is plenty of street food if you want to breakfast not in hotel.

PpatigintingThe exhibition and lobby are quite classy. But unfortunately the rooms are very simple and old. Cleanliness is also less awake. Especially the bed sheet. It seems that all rooms have a balcony. Only the difference between the view from the room. I happened to have a view of the pool that rarely cleaned when I saw it. The best seems to be the room facing the road. From the room you can see the beauty of the mountains and poor town. But calm, when breakfast the rations are really the champion. The view is very beautiful. We can see the floating parade, mountains and poor town from afar. For the menu is quite varied and delicious. The staff and staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the tour coban roundabout and the rock city square. There's a pilot cafe in front of you which seems okay to relax, and the hotel is overall good, just maybe it needs to be kept clean and updated the furniture.

SScottG2358A hotel with no redeeming features. The building was poorly constructed the room was tiny. The bathroom was covered in mould and filthy .. the whole place felt unclean. The towels thin and rough, probably about 10 years old. The breakfast i wouldn't touch rotting fruit, coffee like pisswater, with communal bowls of creamer and sugar the orange juice bore no resemblance...i suspect some packet mix, that you would get in the 70s . Disgusting place, don't risk the pool, that looked filthy Better to sleep in your car
