I knew that this hotel is only 3 stars but the staff don't have understanding to situation of the guest.. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 am. My doughter have just threw up on the way to the hotel from surabaya, so i explained all to the receiptionist so maybe i can get an early check in but the answer is a BIG NO. I have to wait until 2pm to get my room. She could saw that my daughter's shirt was dirty and her condition is at a bad shape. But we still can't get check in. At the end she told me to pay 100thousand rupias to get early check in. Im very2 dissapointed

For the sink, it's awkward For breakfast, it's written western real rice box and delivered at 7 am when people were still sleeping while we arrived at the hotel at 3 am and only slept at 4 am, making a headache 😩😭

We stayed 2 nights at the luxury Bungalow, a boutique hotel with a room concept of a stylish gentleman in the style of a gypsy gentleman, with a dense wood and traditional glyphs. This bungalow has a few rooms capacity, maybe 10 rooms, each of the types of a gorgeous gorgeous surrounded by glass, parks or a view of the Golf area and lush trees, beautifully formed plants so we feel like we're far from the city, The stunning stunning stunning stunning stunning stunning stunning bungalows, very quiet, very private, All day we'll listen to the sound of gending-- gending Java game that makes the atmosphere more responsive and syahdu, all well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and satisfying, they had a restaurant that was also one with the pool area Bungalow, stunning eyes with all the lovely ornaments, decorations, and a very nice room layout, as well as the view of the golf field and the small forest around it. All staff are very friendly, helpful, and try to give the best. Thank you to the malang luxury Bungalow for serving us very well and giving us a special stay experience... in the middle of a poor but peaceful city, and as comfortable as not in the middle of the city but in the middle of the countryside.

It was a good hotel (villa) you could also eat in the restaurant and that was very good because you could the best Pasta Bolongese food It is a good hotel for the kids because you have a swimming pool with a glideway and now they are renovating another pool so if you think about me a year or 1/2 there it comes out is

The hygiene of the bathroom is not clean. And the hot water is not proportional to the hot and cold. The room is dusty. It's used in the mop but it's very slippery.

The hotel is located in a good place withnot bad triffic and staff works/response custmer kindly and more helpful, among them Fanny is the best who help me times and some of them are beyond the basic services from a hotel. The hotel deserves a 5-star review. Will recommend to friends.
