The Hotel is clean and neat. Bed linens were good and the toilets clean. Above all the check in formalities were quickly over and the service was excellent including room service. We did not avail free breakfast as were to go for a marriage. Otherwise it place is also accessible as it is opposite to American college. Food was not tasted as were in a marriage celebration.s

Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Rather shockingly bad stay here. Dirty rooms, outdated, paint peeling. My room had bloodstained sheets, cockroaches, black mould in the bathroom and the room. No way to control the AC temperature so it was too hot to sleep. Electrical outlets were loose and most didn't work. Location is poor, on the outskirts of Madurai near a large overpass and far from sights. The hotel restaurant had a large menu but never seemed to have anything that was on it, and kept urging people towards the overpriced buffet. The staff were friendly and tried hard, but calling this a 3 star hotel is a joke. Stay elsewhere.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. I really talked about this hotel, not because MARRIOTT is full, this is the closest hotel, I really can't live anymore, the hotel is old, the health is not good, the towel, stinky to die. I obviously have a twin room and don't give it to me. I have to give it to Ctrip. I have a time difference. I can't do it at 2-3 in the morning. I originally booked Club room. Service and hospitality was wonderful. Was really a pleasure staying here. The attention to detail in terms of choice of heritage elements incorporated in the design is to be noted. The food was excellent. Good to meet so many wonderful staff, Mr Arun, Neelamani, Raja, Mala ,Sudhakaran are to mentioned. At the Reception desk Miss Varsha was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall I look forward to coming back here again and enjoying the wonderful hospitality and ambience.
