The hotel is not quite where google maps thinks it is, but after turning round it was clearly signposted (just not signposted from our original direction). Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Food was good and interesting selection of Italian wines. Breakfast was included in the room price. Help yourself job with small selection of hot items, pastries, cereals and cakes. Coffee via machine so fresh and plentiful. All in all it was perfect for a stopover due to good location, value for money and friendliness of staff.
