The front desk is enthusiastic, we only have very small suitcases, they will also help deliver them upstairs, and also introduce the room facilities. The room is clean and there is a kettle. The location of the hotel is easy to find, just by the river, a five-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, and also within walking distance of Michelangelo Square. 20 minutes walk from the railway station. However, the roads in Florence are not easy to follow. It is recommended that friends with large luggage go directly by taxi. If it rains, you can borrow umbrellas from the hotel reception for free. The only downside is that the breakfast in Picture 1 is too hard for the bacon to bite.

The hotel is not far from the train station. In fact, not only in Florence, but also in many cities in Italy, there are a large number of hotels next to the train station. And their train stations are in the city center, not far from the attractions. So it doesn't matter far. I went through the hotel in the process of looking for this store. It is said to have been converted from a monastery. It feels so. It is this feeling in the corridor, but there is no musty that the previous guests said. When I arrived at the room, the overall feeling was still very old, but the facilities were very modern. It feels very comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich. Personal feeling is quite satisfactory.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast is very rich. The front desk staff is very friendly and provides welcome coffee and juice. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street and next to the Baihua Cathedral. It is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. It is the most satisfactory hotel during the trip.

The hotel is in a square, it is especially convenient to eat and go shopping, the hotel has its own restaurant bar, the service is very good. The room was very clean and large. The halls, stairs, and corridors are decorated with pictures of Rolex watches, as well as trophies. I don't know if it is a collection or has something to do with this brand. Walk a few hundred meters to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers. There are a lot of shopping and eating in the surrounding alleys. I like it very much. The hotel has a paid parking lot and can park on behalf of you. The waiter will also help you with your luggage and the service is very good.

I hate to write bad reviews but I have to be honest. The hotel staff was great. The room was small but that is understandable. After all, we were in walking distance to Florence! After our afternoon exploring, we came back to the hotel to rest up for the next day. And then the nightmare began. The reason our room was so small was because when they designed the hotel, they simply placed the elevator inside the room and then surrounded the elevator shaft with drywall. Since we were on the top floor, we could not only hear the elevator going up and down, we got to hear the mechanics of the wheels and pulleys at the top of the elevator. When I complained, I was told that there were no other rooms available. I hate to say that I did not handle the situation very well, and I apologize for that, but I would NOT recommend this hotel, as you might end up sleeping with the elevator.

A very tasteful old hotel in an old building, but the interior decoration is very careful, there are a lot of decorative paintings, it is worth appreciating, breakfast is in a room decorated with ceiling paintings, delicious. The room furniture is old-fashioned and the bathroom is very clean and easy to use. We stayed for 3 nights in total. This is a hotel I like more and more. It is recommended to stay and it is great!

Beautiful hotel! The hotel surpassed all expectations. The hotel itself is a truly lovely 300 year old building. Well maintained, it’s clean and comfortable. They have a lovely little rooftop area over looking the water where we had a glass of wine and watched the sunset. We had a magnificent view of the city from our bathroom!! Staff could not have done more. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is an amazing experience in a lovely table set room. I would not recommend a river view room in summer. The sun streams into the rooms very early. We could not recommend this hotel more.

AAnuradhaBreakfast can be much better. It is an expensive hotel but their breakfast buffet doesn't have fresh fruit, poor cheese selection and they also don't serve multi grain bread.
For some reason, i felt like the staff were serving the Europeans faster.
Also, at the hotel reception, the staff will give you incorrect information regarding the city tours and hotels. Please be careful

GGuest UserWe spent 3 night in 3 different cities on our trip. This was our favorite hotel on our trip. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us as we asked for recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us and sent us text messages once they were confirmed. The best part about this place is the courtyard. Gorgeous. We would grab a drink at the bar and then go out to the courtyard to enjoy it. There is a hot tub out there as well but we did not use it. Bartenders were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but more than close enough to walk to everything, which we did. No need for public transportation to get to and from the hotel. High recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel couldn’t be better. Participants have their own apartment which comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if you are on your own, pop for a one bedroom for a extra room. This is especially nice for a long stay. I had a room on the ground level. It opened up to the patio which has a nice sitting area and tables and chairs. I often took my lunch out there, or a drink after a hard day touring in historic Florence. People do smoke out there, but not very much. The rooms are clean, clean, clean and there is housekeeping service every three days. Linens are bright white. The property is located a block away from the T2 Tram Line which gets to the historic area in about 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

It is far from the city and the transportation is inconvenient and you can only take a taxi. It is suitable for the needs of the airport. DDanielleTraveled to Florence before COVID and stayed here I came back to Florence this year to travel again and had to book this hotel again.
Great location, service and the room condition were great. I traveled alone and they assigned me to a single room that is located right next to the emergency exit in the beginning. And it was really loud since people were coming in and out. I asked the reception to change the room and they assigned me to cleaner and quieter single room. Very much appreciated.

CChu maureenI arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice.
There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know.
My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure.
I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable.
The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it!
The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there.
No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it.
TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me.
Lifts are efficient.

The location doesn't seem very nice at first, but it's so close to the centre and to the Cathedral that it doesn't matter that the exact spot that the hotel is located isn't that pretty. Definately a good deal for the price.
