We stayed at the Hotel Panorama for a long weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The taxi transport from the airport was seamless even though we were a bit worried about having to get the boat to the Lido very late in the evening. The hotel was very welcoming and our room was lovely, large and very comfortable with a sea view across the bay. Breakfast was plentiful and very relaxed and the weather was warm enough to have coffee on the terrace which was a welcome bonus. The hotel reception team arranged a free trip to Murano which was facinating and they also organised a private water taxi tour around Venice which was well worth it. They are so friendly & knowledgeable. The hotel was also within waking distance to some lovely restaurants and we walked to the beaches which took about 10 minutes and was worth it. The hotel is also directly opposite the water bus station so it made it so easy for getting about. It was nice to come back to a quieter area in the evening with the most amazing views. All in all a very lovely weekend. Thankyou!

Historic structure of the glam Venice of years gone by, now presents itself as vintage. Probably for the management the cost for the now essential renovations of the building and the rooms is not sustainable. More suitable for an elderly audience than for young people. The effort to innovate some spaces (gym, swimming pool, outdoors) is commendable. Excellent young restaurant staff, breakfasts, swimming pool. Not so the reception management, with an anachronistic and laughable snobbish attitude, not at all professional.

This is a family run, boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly, and everything is super clean. I find this place has a real Fawlty Towers type of vibe to it. I struggle to give it 3/5, as it is likely closer to 2.5/5. Rooms are bare bones, and very dated, in need of significant refurbishment and furniture replacement. No coffee/tea in the rooms, and no security latches on the doors. Breakfast was adequate, though I preferred buying breakfast somewhere else. It's not in a very busy area of the island, a good 15-20 min walk from the main restaurant area with nothing around the hotel. Windows don't have any screens, so we had mosquitos in the rooms at night which was pretty annoying. However, one of the best things about this place is how they cater to families. They have rooms with bunk beds, which is amazing. Compared to Venice, Lido is chill.

We stayed at this hotel on the island of Lido while traveling in Venice. The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly. I was worried about the accessibility because it is not on the main island, but it was not a problem at all. You can take the water bus from the main island in 20 minutes and there are frequent buses, so it is very accessible. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, including bread and cheese and sausage, and there is an Italian restaurant where you can eat. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Die Villa ist ca 15 min fussläufig vom Bootsanleger entfernt, den man auch per Bus erreichen kann. Insgesamt sehr gemütlich u etwas verspielt eingerichtet. Auch im Aussenbereich finden sich durch Pflanzen beschattete Sitz- u Ruhemöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück italienisch okay. Sehr guter Kaffee. Mein Zimmer hatte einen großen Balkon u war sehr geräumig, super gepflegt u sauber. Doppelbett 2 m. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank fehlte, aber es gibt im Eingangsbereich immer gekühltes Wasser. Die leise Klimaanlage ist effektiv u leicht zu handhaben. Insgesamt preiswert u zu empfehlen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, 10 min zu ( Privat) Strand .

GGuest UserWe stayed as a couple in October and found the hotel to be conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to the water bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice enough with modern design. The shower is on the small side and I found the mattress uncomfortable however my wife found it acceptable. The breakfast was not great and the coffee poor for Italy but there are plenty of places for coffee and breakfast within a five minute walk. Overall I would return to this hotel as it’s an ideal base with clean rooms in a nice area and a convenient location, when visiting Venice your not going to be spending that much time in the hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent price-quality ratio, very convenient location on Lido - close to boats and the beach, nice (albeit old-fashioned) and comfortable rooms in a stylish building, good service and good breakfast by Italian standards - in a cafe downstairs (you can take a sandwich, a desert, a cup of coffee and water). On a negative side - there was some smoking smell in the corridors, and also some unpleasant pipe smell in the bathroom on our first day, which later disappeared. The AC is old - we stayed in winter so did not need it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.

Aamazing0The location is about a 10-minute walk from the boat station on Lido Island. The staff is a bit cluttered, but it may be suitable for people who like the appropriate Frank feeling.
The entrance was difficult to understand. I thought it was a little off from the building displayed on Google Map.
The room was beautiful, although there was not much cleanliness of the appearance and the common space.
Dryer and shower were good.
