Perfect location, the room and facilities are top, pool and spa is perfect with wonderful views of the mountains. The staff is super nice and helpful with planning our trips around the area with great recommendations. Very good breakfast and nice bar for the evening. Highly recommended!!

Excellent value hotel and a great location for exploring the Italian Alps. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy and incredibly warm, which was appreciated given the -9 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast included in the price had a great variety of hot and cold food, good coffee, pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. Would gladly come back again.

We stayed for 5 nights in the X-Alp hotel during our summer holiday/honeymoon. Everything was perfect! The staff helped us to plan our daily activities and they're extremely friendly and helpful both in the reception and in the restaurant. The spa section was tastefully decorated and a perfect ending for an active day on the mountains. The breakfast wasn't so versatile, but you find every morning something to fill up your plate. The best thing in the breakfast was the cake table with several different tasty pleasures. Kiitos, kaikki oli erinomaista! :)

I wish to express my most lively pleasure for some staff members of your staff. I am currently staying at the hotel “Alpes” and so my feedback is in ... itinerary. I was affected by the uncommon professionalism of Ala del desk and Master Giuseppe Buttacavoli . Ala resolved a housing problem at the arrival by pointing out its specific attitude in the solvency problem , because we were not very happy with the accommodation found and it immediately resolved the problem brilliantly with a suite more silenceful, comfortable and great. As for the master, Mr. Buttacavoli... I must say that every day offers us a great professionality... a 5-star service, unforgettable in every point of view: a perfect service at breakfast and dinner, courtesy, professionality (a high level professional background is known), staff discipline , table organisation, great variety and quality of the first breakfast and dinner menu choice. We were here eight years ago and we see it even more beautiful... so beautiful that we would like to come back by the end of the year. Finally, a word for Mrs. Giuliana of staff cleans and make up rooms : gentle , precise and perfect: we appreciate very much that every night the beds are rebuilt and the taxes are closed and the staff is going to know if something is needed in the room before you go to bed. io sono andato in questo hotel ad agosto 2024 anche se ci eravamo stati anche l'anno scorso a fine luglio.Le camere le ho trovate molto pulite,il cibo al ristorante molto buono,anche i camerieri tutti gentili e cortesi.Non c'è mai stato nessuno che ci abbia detto di no a qualcosa,ottimo il river park con dei tavoli per mangiare e un grande camino che suppongo accendono per le serate importanti.l'hotel include anche 2 piscine con idromassaggio una all'interno al piano sotterraneo e una all'esterno.oltre alle due piscine idromassaggio ci sono anche due spa con getti d'acqua bollente e idromassagio molto potente con 2 bocchtte che ti fanno anche il massaggio all'interno.Unico difetto era che mancava snelle due spa un cartello che diceva che le due piscine con acqua bollente le potevano fare solo ragazzi con età superiore a 16 anni.L'hotel offre anche 2 saune all'esterno:una secca e una umida e all'interno vicino alla piscina altre due saune anche qui una secca e una umida.Alpiano sotterraneo c'è anche una stanza dove ogni tanto c'è un mago e dove si fa il miniclub.Questo hotel dispone anche di un noleggio di sci e di stivali per sci. IO CI RITORNERE ALTRE MILLE VOLTE

My partner and I were extremely impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Hotel Rubinho. Alex on reception was particularly helpful as we're all of the restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfasts, with plenty of options available, and all of the evening meals. Having larger and smaller portion size options for the evening meal for both starter and main course was a good idea. The bedroom was a decent size, very clean with a ensuite which had a bath, shower and separate loo. The view from the balcony was stunning. The room was a bit hot at first but Alex advised us on how to reduce the heating. The room had a fridge which was useful too. We made daily use of the Spa facilities which we paid for but felt it was good value. One tip- be careful on the small road leading to the hotel as this was very icy. We hope to return to Hotel Rubinho next year.
