A stunning location - absolutely wow. The bedrooms each have stunning views and are spacious with glass to ensure you enjoy the view. But I found it odd there were no amenities. No liquid soap and shampoo. The gym was very good and the pool fabulous. The food was a bit hit and miss. We ended up having the 5 course dinner each night. It was good. But not brilliant. Breakfast was fabulous. Great choices. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely return.

I simply cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a wellness retreat, excellent service and accommodations, top-notch spa and facilities, this place is for you. My husband and I found this place online looking at the reviews, and boy are we glad we came here! The staff at the front desk were so warm and welcoming and explained everything so thoroughly. They valeted our car, took our luggage, and lead us to our table for dinner after a day of traveling. The wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic and extremely knowledgeable of all the food and beverages they offered. Next, we went up to our room which was so clean and cozy; perfect for a low-key, relaxing stay. We got great use of all the facilities and amenities MyArbor had to offer. The spa, the pool, the food, the ambiance, everything was excellent. The surrounding area in which the resort is located was so peaceful and relaxing. We took the lift up to the mountains for a day and did some hiking. The views were incredible! Next time I think we will do paragliding :) The one thing I wish was different is that I wish we stayed longer! We stayed for 3 nights and it simply was not enough. We could have stayed a week here! Incredibly happy with our experience and stay, we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing ski vacation and hope to return to Villa Emilia! Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, town, and sledding! Clean and comfortable rooms, quaint bar, and delicious food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and first course dinner buffet! Something for everyone. The staff is warm and helpful.

No hesitation recommending any aspect of a stay at this family hotel.Staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding hikes etc. Rooms themselves are beautifully appointed and very clean. Our large group thoroughly enjoyed outdoor pool and the luxuriously appointed spa/sauna centre. Breakfast and dinner provisions were excellent. View out the rear of property is stunning. Town centre easily accessible by 10 min undulating walk. Will definitely return for another stay. Thank you

Als ich mit meiner Frau Line im Jahre 1974 zum ersten Mal mit der Flämischen Reisegesellschaft VTB in Innichen im Hochpustertal eintroffen, hatten wir nie geglaubt dass wir im August/September 2018, also nach 44 Jahren, unseren 70. Aufenthalt im 400 Jahren alten Wirsthaus ”Zum Weissen Rössl feiern wurden. Das wir immer wieder nach Innichen gekommen sind hat viele Gründe. Das 4 Sterne Superior Hotel ”Weisses Rössl” liegt im historischen und verkehrsfreien Dorfskern von Innichen, nur wenige Minuten entfernt vom Skigebiet Haunold mit Abfahrt direkt im Ort wo schöne Geschäfte zum Einkaufen laden. Das Hotel das seit Generationen im Besitz der Familie Kühebacher ist wird ausgezeichnet geführt von ihren Gastwirten Hannes und Renate Kühebacher mit Tochter Barbara. Das Hotel hat ein Hallenbad, 4 Saunen, Heubäder, Fitness, Kinosaal....kurzum alles was man von einem erholsamen Aufenthalt erwarten darf. Besonders sind das Speisen- und Weinangebot, die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter. Das 'Weisses Rössl' war unser Urlaubszuhause und nachdem meine liebe Frau leider im Jahre 2020 verstorben ist bin ich in 2022 fürs 71. Very good hotel, except for the slightly old facilities, everything else is very good. It should not exceed 400 meters to the cable car station. There is an Internet celebrity restaurant next to the hotel, and there is no queue for reservations. The room is large in size, you can see a good view from the window, the best location room is 846, the balcony view is great. The hotel staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is good.

They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. I requested a vegan breakfast and they gave me wonderful choices. I requested an extra blanket and a tea kettle and my request was promptly filled. They are in the center of the pedestrian area. Once you park your car, you get everywhere by foot.
