We visited during our trip to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. I chose it as it looked a bit ”quirky” and was right on the beach. I did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. After the shoe box sized rooms in Tokyo we were spoilt for space. Beautiful rooms, all mod cons and loads of space. We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened up directly onto the beach. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and you couldn't pick a better sport for a beautiful sunset. Reception staff were great - friendly and very helpful.

Pros - America Village is within 15 minutes walk. - You can also go by bus No. 120. It is near the bus station and is accessible. - There are many restaurants nearby, so there are various choices. Cons: The door is not always open and there is no doorbell, so you have to use an international phone to call the front desk.

I had my doubts when we booked to stay here, but everything was fantastic. Conveniently located in walking distance to lots of restaurants and entertainment, with a family mart opposite. The room is a serif contained apartment with everything that you should need, and very spacious! The appliances are easy to use and worked flawlessly. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The cost was incredible considering the location and prices of the nearby hotels (1/3rd - 1/4 the cost).

I didn’t know the check-in password, wifi password, parking location and other Guanjian information. After arriving at the hotel that night, I was a little twisted and I also played a few international long-distance calls. The staff arranged for the Chinese waiter to call me back. Although it was fast, if there was a confirmation email, everyone would save a lot of trouble. The second hotel name and address did not match Google Maps. Thanks for their help in bring up 2 heavy suitcases for old couples like us. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious. Close to bus stop for buses from Naha , to Aquarium and mega Aeon Mall. A number of restaurants (not as touristy as those in the American Village) near by. At a distance, yet not too far, from the busy American Village.

A great value of Apartment Residential for families staying at Mihama/Chatan with fully equipped with everything you need. Stayed in so called the Standard Room which was a 2 bedroom Suite equipped with 1 double + 1 single in each bedroom, perfectly fitted for a family of five, together with a living room, dining table, induction stove, fridge, separate toilet and washroom with bathtub, washing machine & dryer. What else you should ask for? No worries on parking as it provides free parking with 20+ parking slots just underneath the building. Easily access to anywhere, especially few minutes walking distance to American Village & Aeon Mall. Lawson is just right next to the hotel where Matsuya 松屋, Yoshinoya 吉野家, McDonalds, Sushi (はま寿司, 無添くら壽司) are within your radar range. Simple Express Check Out by just dropping the key into the designated box anytime. Highly recommended this to those family travelers visiting Mihama.

There is no administrator in a room like a condominium, and all of them are exchanged by email and enter the room by auto locking. From the washing machine, the refrigerator and air conditioner were able to spend a relaxing time in the 2 bedroom of course!
