Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is new and clean. The reception is located near Hakata Station with free flow of beer and other drinks. To go to hotel from reception will need about 25min walk. The best is to use the bus. The nearest train station in this case is the subway about 15min walk from the hotel. I would suggest you get a Fukuoka bus pass if plan to stay here as bus stops are nearer. The bus timing is not as on time as train but overall is consistent. There are two convenient stores nearby, 6-12min walk. Hotel have 2 paying parking lots. Drinks vending machine and microwave oven in the lobby. In the room is complete with usual amenities. There is no one coming to clean your room for the period of your stay hence the drinking water will not be restock. You could either buy from vending machine or cook your own or drink from tap. Checking out is simple. Just drop your key into the check out box near the exit.

As always, Japanese hotels are very thin, and the toilets are acceptable and can be turned around. There are two employees at the front desk, one speaks Mandarin and the other speaks Cantonese. The girl who knew how to speak Cantonese was a great help to us. She also helped us communicate with the taxi driver and helped me solve the problem. Thank you very much and she deserves a lot of praise.

As usual, the hotel in Japan is very small, and the toilet is acceptable in terms of space for movement. The front desk has two staff members, one who can speak Mandarin and one who can speak Cantonese. The girl who can speak Cantonese helped us a lot and even assisted us in communicating with the taxi driver, solving our problems. We are extremely grateful to her and she deserves praise.

the bad point was the soundproof, I could hear people talking all them full conversation. When they were in the bathroom I could hear everything even fart. Also mornings and nights I heard people making out. That was kind of terrible... so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend at all.

THE358 I thought it was a concept that I could feel the sky because there was Sora and sea. Just the front desk is on the top floor. There were no other guests at check-in, but the front desk was 3, ４ staff. In general, the staff is not aware of the ** that has been guided by raising hands, so it is a little confused and chooses the staff appropriately to check in. The room was on the ５ floor and the outdoor machine of the next building was in front of the front, so I contacted the front desk and changed the room. But the ６ floor on the other side. I don't have any choice to say more. I wonder if I will guide you from a room with a bad view even though the room is empty. Breakfast was easy and delicious. The restaurant and front desk of the hotel are not allowed to wear room clothes and slippers, but when you look at the dress of the restaurant in the morning, this hotel seems to have no problem with room clothes and slippers. At the front desk, there is no explanation of the difference from such a general hotel. If the accommodation fee is similar to the city hotel, the front desk service should be done. The public bath was large and clean, but there were few hot water in the bathtub, and it was shallow and relaxing. I was looking forward to the purpose of changing my mood in the city, but I wonder if this is repeated. At least the general hotel service should be learned.

It is a hotel that was made into a daimyo in Fukuoka in December 2021. It is famous as a hotel that can read books. There is a cafe on the first floor that is open at midnight, and you can bring a lot of books here to your room. When you open the door, there is a bed in front of you, so the room looks small at first glance, but the comfortable size bath is large and comfortable! Also, the lighting is gentle and this is also comfortable. There are Lawson and drug eleven near the hotel, but there are many drinkers and few convenience stores, so it is good to buy what is necessary in advance and go to the hotel.

I was scheduled to arrive at Fukuoka Airport at night and booked as a hotel near Hakata Station, which is 2 subway stations from the airport. The proximity of 2 minutes from Chikushi Guchi was not only at night but also the next morning, so it was convenient to have a block to the entrance of Daytos in the station building. The hotel room was beautiful, and check-out was easy to return the card key to the BOX. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and I ate at Daytos, but the hotel breakfast looked delicious.

B1 of hotel leads to link to the Fukuoka city Subway (airport line), which is just 2 stops away from Fukuoka airport (domestic airport, able to transfer by bus to international terminal). We took Taxi ride instead from airport to hotel (10-15min) for easier convenience as my mum is a senior and we had 2 large luggages. We stayed for 6 nights over 26 Feb - 3 Mar’24 where weather was still chilly, between 2-12C, we used the B1 link (simply take lift from hotel floor to B1) almost daily to get to Hakata station/shops/restaurants - very convenient and comfortable 🙂. Room is spacious with separate bathroom and toilet. There is also onsen on level 13 of the hotel (indoor n outdoor) for hotel guests to use for free. Can rent swimsuit from the staff for outdoor pool. The hotel offers only set breakfast - continental or japanese. It was delicious and staff are ready to assist with refills of drinks. Oh, there was also MacD on B1 and Starbucks on L1, and there is Lawsons just 1 min walk from Hotel. Recommend this hotel for its location convenience to explore the city and easy access to subway and shinkansen. Housekeeping done professionally, reception and restaurant staff are polite and ready to offer assistance. Happy to stay here for first trip to Fukuoka and will be glad to return again! 👍🏻

As a first-time visitor to Fukuoka, I was enamored by the city's charm, and this hotel quickly became a highlight of my trip. From tantalizing late-night eats to leisurely shopping strolls and serene photo spots free from tourist throngs, Fukuoka had it all.
Upon arrival, it's essential to note that there are two hotels with the same name; the one we selected, situated in Gion, stands just a few blocks from the Hakata outlet. (A friendly reminder: Opt for metered taxis over the airport counters to avoid inflated fares.)
Check-in was seamless, and the hotel graciously accommodated our request to store luggage as we explored the city. Their self-service storage option, complete with a secure four-pin lock, provided peace of mind throughout our stay.
The hotel boasted comprehensive amenities, surpassing those of the three other accommodations we sampled during our journey. Our room, generously sized, easily accommodated our luggage with ample space to spare.
The provided onsen attire was remarkably comfortable, so much so I wore it out under my jacket for the second night! I recommend heading to the onsen in the afternoon and past midnight to avoid the crowd. Post-soak, complimentary popsicles awaited—a delightful treat indeed.
Pro tip: ince their onsen is located on the 1st level of the hotel, you can store your onsen items in the locker before heading out to explore. After a long day, you can head to the onsen to ”defrost” and clean up before heading up to sleep.
Equipped with a smart TV, our room offered the luxury of streaming our favorite YouTube and Netflix content, adding a touch of familiarity to our evenings. Another standout feature was the live updates on onsen availability and laundry room usage—though it's worth noting that the latter incurs a fee, a minor inconvenience amidst an otherwise stellar stay.
This hotel exceeded expectations, providing unparalleled comfort and unparalleled convenience. With all essentials at our doorstep, exploration was effortless, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Fukuoka.

As a frequent travellers (5-8 times to Japan annually), originally we had a very pleasant stay (prime location, all rooms are clean and we love the washing+drying machine in each room), until we experienced the life-time worst customer service.
I requested for 2 hours late check out extension to 1pm and agreed to pay for additional charges for all rooms (2000 yen per hour per room and I paid 16000 yen in total).
We experienced an unexpected long lunch on 24th and I sent a mail (at 12:30pm) via Tokyo Stay site to request for extension to 2pm (instead of 1pm).
When we returned hotel at 1:20pm, one of the staff pulled his face, scolded and yelled at my family members loudly in Japanese, and he kept doing that in 3 of our rooms, even yelling at elderly and children of my family.
My family members felt humiliated and were very upset. They told me that unpleasant experience, so I looked for that staff at front desk and asked the reason for the yelling and scolding, especially when we paid for all charges for extension. I used google translate in Japanese with speaker and there wasn’t any reply. When I asked for his name, he took off his name tag, ignored my request and said providing his name is against their privacy policy (All other staff were wearing name tags except him). He threatened to report to the police, if I keep asking for his name! Wait, what?
So I want to ask: 1: Does the policy of Tokyo Stay allow staff to yell and scold customers when they do late check out? (not to mention we informed and paid for charges already) 2: It’s your policy to report your customers to the police when they ask your staff for their names?

PPgcresRoom size for a 3 Bedder room is still alright for us. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel. If you get to the hotel via Exit 6 from Tenjinminami Station, there is no escalator or lift and takes about 8 minutes from the exit. There is a lift from the station opposite of exit 6 though (near Diamaru) which we used when we left the hotel to go to airport.

KK_ken25I’m a frequent guest at Millennial Kyoto and couldn’t be more delighted to hear that they open a new hotel in Fukuoka. Millennials Fukuoka is in a strategic location close to restaurants, mini marts, and lots of stuff going on in the Area. It’s sparkling clean and well run. Their staff, especially Faith are extremely helpful. I had a great stay and would love to return when I’m back in Fukuoka.

The touch panel does not respond if it is not put on the toe. It is a little sharp because it is statalus below, and it reacts completely if it does not operate. When I check in, I don't forget to receive QR cards, and there are several receipts, and there is QR written in them, but it is used because there is a card card big thing that is not this. Use in elevators, lockers. Please be careful about the in-lock of the locker (card key locking). The pot has USB and １００ v outlets, but because it is a wall, a large repair adapter needs attention. There are many shower rooms and no problems. The elevator is divided into male and female. ９ The lounge on the floor has a private room where you can work. It may be good for work.

FFirefliesLightAbsolutely loved Lyf Tenjin Fukuoka hotel. The workers were all super friendly and spoke English. Lyf staff were also so helpful when I had any questions, and when I locked myself out of my room haha. The hotel starts on the third floor of the building. The third floor is a coliving area, and has the check-in area, a kitchen, tons of seating (including a balcony), a pool table, laundry room, smoking room, and restrooms. Artwork was also displayed and the style of this whole hotel is just unmatched. It has a lively pop theme that feels comfortable and happy. There's a rooftop bar and a wine bar on the first floor. I'm usually an introvert, but it was so much fun to just chill in there why all these people hung out, kinda felt like being in a college dorm. I was provided with any amenities I could need, which was fantastic because I forgot my hairbrush. I loved the room! Some people said it was too small but I thought it was perfect for one or two people, and it was so cozy. The wall art was brilliant, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice, as well as the shower, and I even liked that the TV had apps. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in Fukuoka!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is the closest to Watanabe Station, so it's a bit far for 3 people dragging 4 luggages. It will be more convenient if you take the bus. Because we were 3 adults, a sofa was converted into a bed, so the overall range of activities became very limited. This hotel provides no additional water except one bottle of free water per person. Next to it is the fish market, but many restaurants open at 10 o'clock. Fortunately, we finally found a room that opened at 8:30.

The breakfast was standard western buffet style with some Japanese choices, not much choices but fair. But it served the same thing everyday, so probably would be bored if you are foodie staying more than 2 days like me. Especially appreciated the little idea to have a “reserved” card prepared for all guests. Single traveller would definitely love the idea to hold their seats.
Staff are nice and with good English. Room was tidy and neat. You get your toothbrush set at entrance - would be nice if toothpaste could be provided separately so that we don’t have to sacrifice the toothbrush to get a nice paste.

AAmirahGion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.
