Me and my husband (Japanese) stayed for one night. They have spacious rooms with river view. The view from the room was marvelous!Food was superb. And the staff was really nice to us,and we got free ride to the Yaga station on the following morning.We used the private onsen 5 times , for free of charge!! We will definitely be there again with our friends. Thank you Shingenkan staff from Endo family!!!

I had a daily business at Hatano City Culture Center and used it.
I felt that the cost performance was high with a home atmosphere like a house and a handmade meal. I was happy to have a hot spring for 24 hours. I am glad that parking licence is free. There was a beauty room next to it and went to the head spa. A very pleasant and friendly couple is open and can stop easily. I want you to go to the Korean handmade kimchi shop next to it. I bought it for souvenirs home. Seven eleven is also within walking distance.
I would like to take care of you when you come nearby again.

The hotel is located on a mountain with a quiet environment. The rooms and facilities are very new and clean. There is a self-service drink area in the lobby. There are 2 sets for breakfast and a Western-style dinner. It is surprisingly good and worth a try. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is larger than expected. It is very suitable for a family. There is a shallow water area for children to play. The public hot spring is relatively ordinary. There are hamburger restaurants and barbecue restaurants nearby. The hotel's location is more suitable for people who drive cars, but overall, it is A relaxing hotel.

The facility itself was good, but it was very cold inside. It was also very inconvenient that toothbrushes and razor towels had to be paid. There doesn't seem to be a need to pay for towels.

The environment of the hotel is very good and quiet, but there are too many bugs. Friends who are afraid of bugs need to consider it. However, if you encounter bugs, the staff will deal with it quickly. The service is very good. The only drawback is that there was a sudden power outage at 3 am on the night we stayed... and then the white light came on automatically. I didn't sleep well. The power seemed to be turned off again... Until 8:30 in the morning, I woke up every half an hour because I had plans for the next day, so my nerves were tense 😬 When checking out, the staff apologized to us, and they didn't know why the power outage happened, but I really didn't sleep well. What a pity.

JR, get off at Odawara Station on the Odakyu Line, then take bus No. 243 in the direction of Togendai, get off at Tatsuishi·Hakone Gurasu no Morimae (バス) Station, cross the bridge and go uphill to reach the hotel. Togendai has a cable car to Owakudani and a pirate ship to Lake Ashi. You can purchase Odakyu's Hakone 2-3 day PASS.
Shinjuku-Hakone can travel smoothly. You can also take a cable car and a pirate ship.
The largest room is 80 square meters (suite area) with 6 single beds.
Independent kitchen and bathroom.
The hotel sells convenience foods. 200 yen per serving. The price is also reasonable.
There are no hot springs on Friday morning, but there are hot springs at other times until 23:00 in the morning and evening?
