I don’t know how to start this review , but what I recommend for the gentle people specially, avoid this hotel for your clean life , this is not clean and nice hotel stands , because of many points I’ll right here : first this hotel not consider what you booked , as I booked non smoking room , they gave the most horrible experience room in my life , full of smoke smell , you can imagine when I told the receptionist she advice to spray the room by perfume instead of changing the room ? And I was tired with family , we ignore to change just for peace of mind , again the hotel lack with stuff , the one receptionist she took the bags and she do check in and later the check out , and when I call for taking my bags , she is the one who came to my room !!!!! I forgot my face mask wash , I call the hotel after about two hours , they told me no thing in my room , despite I’m sure 100% I put it in the bathroom . The manager Mr Mahmoud do apologised for his stuff not found anything , but because all this bad things happened to me , I found I’m responsible to aware anyone to book here , I do lot of reviews around for various hotels , mostly I’m satisfied, but here I’m really really impressed and shocked.

We had great time , Staff are friendly, Premises are neat and clean. view is good. Food is delicious.. Near by shopping area.. We love to visit again.. We can see flying flights all the time.. Biriyani was so delicious

Overall a great stay. The room was a good size, clean and with a small view of the water. TV has youtube and netflix loaded on it which was a nice perk. Good tea selection in the room and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The pool is locked for the winter. There is a beautiful park close by which is great for relaxing and also it is walkable distance to the beach.

A pretty good experience in Kuwait. Location wise, it is very accessible with good parking facilities. Breakfast with excellent view of the city.

Visited Kuwait for the second time and stayed at IBIS in Sharjah. The hotel is in the heart of Kuwait. The business hotel is very good, the room is suitable for one person, clean and tidy, and the city mattress is a little soft for me. The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to give you a power converter. There are many small supermarkets around the hotel. There are many places to eat. It is easy and very convenient to take a taxi outside the hotel. Next time I go to Kuwait, I will definitely stay again.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

From the moment I landed at Kuwait International Airport to my departure time, the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City team made everything easy for me so I could focus on my business goals without worrying about the travel arrangements (visa processing, visa drop-off, airport pickup, accommodation, food, ground transportation around the city, and airport drop-off, and any other assistance I may require. I want to thank Mr. Boubacar, Assistant Reservations Manager, who has always been helpful and efficient in arranging my Kuwait visitor visas and those of my business partners. He consistently ensures my travel arrangements are ready in time and that my visit to the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City goes smoothly.

Their commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests like myself did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the rooms were impeccable—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction. Parking was actually easy despite previous reviews mention otherwise. I would just suggest to the property to give specific access info to that before their arrival. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property.
