Были в номере люкс, это конечно не люкс, но в целом все было хорошо, уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день, предметы гигиены. Больше всего понравилось расположение, очень удобно было добираться в разные места и передвигаться пешком, просто вечером погулять возле Дворца республики. Завтрак входил в стоимость, был с 7 до 11,но по факту в 10 уже есть было особо нечего, поэтому если хотите позавтракать, надо вставать рано, чего в отпуске не хочется. Сауна, бассейн и тренажёрный зал на троечку, но мы и не ради этого ехали. Территории своей почти нет, но при этом всё таки можно посидеть вечерком на улице за столиком, ввиду отсутствия балконов. В целом можно рекомендовать как хорошую и доступную гостиницу.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

Very good, the lady at the front desk can communicate in English without any barriers, and the breakfast is a home-made breakfast.

The hotel is located in the center of Almaty. There is a big shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. The hotel is a little old, but it is cost-effective for this price range. I met several Chinese people.

I chose this hotel because of its great location, reviews of its helpful staff and its value for money. They succeeded on all levels. Rooms are basic, but everything is clean and works. The upgraded me to a Deluxe King on my second visit which was nice. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the restaurant/bar is open all day with a good variety. Of local and western dishes. The shiny new metro is a one block walk. The Super Magnum Grocery store is 5 blocks. No mater what request I made of the front desk staff, they came through. I needed to find a taxi driver for a 6-hour one-way cross-border trip to Kyrgyzstan, and they came through. I was very impressed, and thankful.

The single bed has a room. The bathroom is also very clean and big. The boss is Chinese and very warm and kind. The proprietress called Almaty Yuejie on 🍠 can be very convenient to communicate. I had to fly to Almaty on family business. Hotel itself is trendy, historical building. Inside is really nice, clean. Front desk folks are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms looks exactly as on photos. Each room has electric cattle, 2 bottles of water for each occupant. They refill tea, coffee, water every day. If you ask, they can bring you thus any time. I have to say their 24 hours room service is great. I bought room with breakfast. Highly recommend. Menu/ buffet is good. You can order omelets or oatmeal. One thing, though. Menu does not change at all. So, if you stayed few days, you will be fine. I stayed 10 days. It kind got boring after 4 days. Never the less, breakfast is good. Housekeeping is great! They really clean your room, disinfect. They change sheets every other day, towels every day. A lot of toilettes: shampoo, conditioner, body wash gel, body and hands creams, shower cap, even hair comb. You can pre order transfer from and to airport. They met me with the sign. It was great. Really great hotel. I will highly recommend to stay there.

Excellent complex. Hotel room is just chic. Cozy, comfortable. The main thing for all this was paid quite a little. Breakfast is included in the cost. They visited the sauna, the sauna is just excellent, sung karaoke, ordered from their restaurant, the food is very delicious. We liked everything. Next time we'll be in Almaty, we'll definitely come here
