My stay here would be best described as awful - the staff have no no idea what customer service means, the food is terrible, the beds are uncomfortable - I could go on but what is the point? I will give credit for nice bathrooms but that is it! What the stay worse was that there a group of young school kids on a football trip - who were unsupervised by either the coach or the hotel staff - the hotel staff were asked repeatedly to 'do something' they simply ignored the requests by yourself or other guests. I think you get the idea of what I am saying.

Accor management has certain qualities
The handsome guy at the counter saw that we were carrying a large suitcase and changed the room that originally required climbing a few stairs to a room with an elevator upstairs. thank you very much!
The breakfast was of good quality and we were very satisfied.
The hotel has a great a**osphere, a bit like living in a castle, we like this feeling
The location is also very good. It is within walking distance from the city center attractions. Just take a slow walk.

I stayed at the Neiburgs Hotel for 5 nights with my husband in a Double Studio Apartment. The room was very spacious with a huge double bed and had a sofa and chair, a table with two chairs and a kitchenette area with sink, hob, microwave and fridge with mini bar. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the window had a lovely view over rooftops to the Bell Tower. Air conditioning kept us nice and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice and served in a lovely dining room at the front of the hotel with seats and tables outside. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building on the edge of the Old Town and was very quiet at night. All was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If we are ever back in Riga we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Neiburgs Hotel.

Everything was on high level. Especially would point out, that reception desk worker was very well organized (he checked in visitors, parallelly pointed outside the parking places to the other visitors and managed both well).

Номер 603 очень тесный для двоих ! Грязный душ , отсутствие шкафа, нету холодильника 👎🏽 Розетки на весь номер только две и те не возле кровати , а под столом 😅 В номере пахло затхлостью и открытое окно за 5 часов не выветрило это ! 🤢 Переночевать и забыть , не более 👎🏽 Из + только отзывчивый персонал, который даст и десертную ложечку и чайник , разговаривают на русском , за это и те самые 2 ⭐️ Скудный шведский стол , один вид сыра , два вида ветчины , много бесполезных хлопьев 👎🏽 За капучино придется отстоять огромную очередь, ведь кофемашины всего две и только одна делает капуч и тот ужасный как оказалось 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 В основном корпусе наверное номера лучше , но нам не повезло , жили в пристройке за основным зданием 😔

Breakfast starts at 7:30, and the early arrivals gather for dinner. It seems that the restaurant is crowded and there is a long queue in front of the coffee machine. The breakfast is completely satisfying the demand, the bread that has just been tested is very delicious.

GGuest UserGreat location around 15 minute walk from the old city and tucked away in a quiet area off a main road. Along with my final booking details, the hosts provided me with excellent details including videos for how to access the property by myself. I somehow managed to lose this email when I arrived and the hosts were extremely prompt in helping me out.
The apartment is cosy and ideal for solo travellers or couples. The kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. For cooking, there's a two ring induction hob, which for my needs this was sufficient. I also noticed a dishwasher and washing maching. The TV is internet enabled, great for Netflix or Youtube streaming channels.
Generally I found the hosts to be very helpful. If I'm ever in Riga again I'd be more than happy to stay in the same apartment.

GGuest UserThis is a comfortable and fully modernised place to stay, not too far from the old city of Riga – about a 20 minute walk or a 6 euro taxi fare. Technically it should be described as a high-class hostel rather than a hotel, since it comprises individual en suite rooms plus a very well-equipped communal area for food preparation and dining. Self-guided entry through gate and door codes was easy to follow and execute, beds were comfy and the place was well heated, though an additional fan heater was provided in the rooms. There is a local supermarket to buy just about anything you may need.

AAllison YangThe hotel is located with close proximity to the old town, very conveniently located where all major attractions are within walking distance; room was spacious and well lit with full wall frame window to allow as much natural light into the room which was very nice. Front desk persons were all very kind, friendly and helpful and ready to provide service and answer questions with a smile. Breakfast choice was descent with some local specialty which I appreciate, and I received a lovely tulip on the International Women’s Day. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!

HHenriqueIndoAmidst the current COVID-situation the first hotel was closed despite nothing explaining the contrary - thus we called the former Day's now RIJA VEF- they could not solve the problem, nor was their English up to par or their ability to handle a question. Then, I recalled having seen Tomo driving past over the years - and they won my heart - the price range, able to take payment in cash, fair room quality , proximity to where my client-friend need be next day, decent breakfast deal and frankly the prices for both were a killing. Add then how the lady receptionist handled it and the room with a perfect bathroom and WC - clean and inviting- I even told my friend: ''Here you can shower all night, should you like'' and after his 15-hour-bus ordeal, that is at least what i would do! Thus, now I know we have a very good solution, handy for the next time - and in fact, I have even organised so yet another guest will be there tomorrow evening!@:) THANK You to the lady receptionist - so kind and helpful!:)
