The hotel is conveniently located near the town's private beach and offers various activities and entertainment. The hotel is ancient; nothing new - lack of Cleanliness - Lack of credibility and ill-treatment in reception and employees of the restaurant - There is no refrigerator in the room, and when you ask, they play on you until you check out - If you call the reception, they don't answer - The towel is very old, and you use it in the room, pool, and beach. If you ask for extra, they don't give - One room key only, and if you ask for the second for your wife, they refused - There are two escalators. One sometimes works, and the second down - The rooms are not soundproof. You can not sleep until 00:00 after the party - The music sound quality is very annoying in the party - The rooms are dark, and they're not enough lights - There is one small restaurant, and if you do not go to the opening, you will not find food - The chair on the beach without cover - there is no emergency team or doctor in case of emergency you have to wait for the protection civil or go with your car to the hospital ‏Apologies for this review, but people should know before they book because the prices are higher than before, and the hotel should take it seriously and make improvement

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of four there were some ups and downs Advantages : big pool, suitable for children A Private beach which I found fantastic The pool area is very nice with a lot of greenery and views over the beach and the mountain The Hotel staff is very polite and hard working The food tastes good i appreciated it although I couldn’t eat much because of the crowds. Disadvantages For the price we payed and for a 4 star hotel The reception area is always crowded and disorganized also very very old , Kind of depressing really The restaurant is more than disorganized I can’t believe how people can function in such conditions Very very crowded and also very old tables and not so clean plates or covers if you can find them. No wifi available in bedrooms only the reception and barbecue area. The signal also is very bad. Overall I would give it at most 3 stars I thing it deserves to be rated as a 3 stars hotel not 4 not 5 The only solution is to renovate as soon as possible and to change the restauration policy in order to make it more organized and enjoyable

I have been to this hotel two times and i can tell that is it the best that i have ever been to , Everything here is good , I had so much fun , The food is amazing , The rooms are very clean and comfortable, My favourite thing about this hotel is the animation team who are very entertaining, They do comedy shows and dancing sessions which are very fun to watch, I genuinely recommend everyone to come to this hotel, A wonderful experience.

Hotel location is good, very close to the scenic beach, surrounded by many restaurants, eating is also convenient. Parking in your own street parking lot, guarded and safe. It may be the relationship between the off-season and the people. It is not very special, it is very quiet, and it is good for leisure and holiday. The price is also better and affordable. This is a place worth visiting, and a hotel worth living.

Excellent

GGuest UserWe went there in June 2021. We stayed 4 nights, the room was super clean. The view was nice. The staff was excellent although the check-in process can take a while ( but they offered us juce and coffee ). The restaurant was awesome; every night you'd find something new in the menu. There's enough variety in the food to please everyone. The hotel was very calm and we definitely enjoyed our time there.
