We had a fantastic week at Casablanca. The hotel common areas have been refurbished since a lot of the pictures on here were taken and are absolutely stunning. Our room was lovely and clean and have had a minor refurbishment but in honesty, could do with further upgrade particularly the bathroom. This is a minor criticism however and did not affect our holiday one but. The staff are all AMAZING. You could not wish for nicer, more attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. The food was hit and miss but that's always going to be the case in all inclusive. There was something you could eat at every meal. The salad bar was delicious and all spotlessly clean. With a small amount of money spent on the rooms to bring them to the standards of the pool and common areas this hotel could easily gain another star. Definitely recommend and would go back.

Love this hotel, this is a good value for money AI hotel, the food was good quality with loads of choice, the drinks were same and some branded.. the rollerskating boys servicing drinks on a day time were fab.. you can have as much as you like not stingy with the drink or food at all. The pool area was just fab, sunbeds were well spaced out. I have been to icmeler over 20 times I have stayed in the best and the worst and everything in between and I can say this is my favourite, especially given it was £200 each more than self catering.. we were very relaxed during our stay and I just love this place The rooms are tired and could do with an overhaul however it didn't spoil my holiday and the bed was more comfy than my own. I think some people seem to be under impression this would be the same as a big all inclusive costing over £600 each more.. if you want the ritz then you need to book a much more expensive 1, but if you want a good value for money AI on the seafront then this is the best in my opinion

Located in Marmaris Icmeler region, the location of the hotel is very good. We were very satisfied with the staff. The food was of sufficient variety and was very tasty. The hotel has its own place and sun loungers on the beach. In short, although it is a four-star hotel, it was a hotel that we liked very much.

Please continue to read why I rated it a one star it was due to an act in which I will go into detail from Ali. I would like to start the review with all the positives. The venue is in a lovely location set back from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Icemeler. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, each day we were provided three toilet rolls and fresh towels which were to a high quality. All the entertainment staff are extremely hard working and offer a range of activities. They have a break mid day which is perfect for those who want to be active then relax in the sunshine. There are plenty of sunbeds and staff will get extras if needed. The food from the restaurant was really nice and I would recommend their Desti Kebab. The ice cream is really reasonable priced and is so tasty perfect for a treat in the sunshine. There are alot of cats but they are treated really well and looked after and myself and my children love cats so we really enjoyed their company. The waiters are really polite and caring and work hard to ensure you have everything you need. Now for the negative. Unfortunately on one of the days I was sat with my 16 year old daughter in the restaurant when it was quite as she was catching up on her studies, we had already been served our drinks and were enjoying the quite time in the sun. I was reading my book and had my hair in a pony tail. Ali (aka Mr Ali) the restaurant/bar manager, came up behind me and grabbed my pony tail with force pulling my hair back. He stated 'you like your hair being pulled don't you? ' I nervously laughed and said 'Ali what the bleep?' At this point he was still pulling my hair back and pulled it hard back again, I repeated asked him to stop and he then stated 'I won't stop because you like it' at this point I had to raise my hand up and try and prise his hand off. He then stopped. I was in complete shock as we had been at the resort for over a week at this point, he was aware that I had a partner and no flirting etc had taken place. It was totally out of the blue. He then casually asked me what I was reading. The incident completely scared me and I became very distressed once the shock had worn off my daughter was also very shocked. The next day I felt I needed to say something as I took the time to read other reviews and realised that I wasn't the first person who he had made uncomfortable or treated inappropriately. I spoke with Saliye the manager, she was amazing and dealt with the incident really well. It was infront of a cctv camera and she confirmed that they worked, she ensured that Ali came to apologise to me but his apology was weak and he tried to make out that it was a joke and tried to make me feel I was being dramatic about the situation. I said to him that I didn't want him anywhere near me or my children for the rest of the stay and he respectfully did this. He clearly has it in his nature to act like this and it made me feel really uncomfortable. I slept with the table against

Once again a fantastic holiday from start to finish arriving at airport pick up from hazar transfer[ yakup hazar] straight to hotel .where we were met by the reception team and luggage taken to our room then off to 24 bar to chill with with friendly bar staff Next day I met with Rachel -relations manager anything you need just ask her happy to help and a shout out to Charlie reception area too I was at the main pool met up with sukru takes care of the pool side areas he is a great guy very talented great knowledge nothing is a bother to him. Help you anyway he can credit to the hotel Thanks to bilal restaurant manager and chef erkon guven if I needed anything you just ask Nuriye is a credit as well sorts you our at breakfast and at tea time ikram,yimz Bilgin,all the bar staff were great these guys work as part of a team Housekeeper erkan erdgon had a small issue with room got sorted You can book into the Chinese Al a carte and the Turkish all great service thanks to Mehmet and merve spot on x and thanks to necmettin aktan and assistant manager cetin .once again a wonderful service they always go the extra mile and these guys work as part of a team .bilal hazar your just wonderful thanks again I will come again next year if the price is right if I get a good deal Thanks again totally wonderful Also thanks to the blue bar staff

Avoid - booked via @onthebeach who has this as a 4* - it’s scraping a 2* and I’m applauded and disappointed it’s on their website. Cons - the “shake bar opposite” music from 9pm - 2am every night, it’s impossible to sleep, impossible! No matter what side of the hotel your on, the music blares through your room from their speakers and sub woofers. The hotel is in need of serious TLC - lifts, paint, pools, bars drinks and food. There is no entertainment at the hotel. The hotel has approximately 15-20 sunbeds max. 3 pools are listed, the main pool is allocated 5-8meters long and 160cm deep, approx 4m wide. Fills up with 6 people swimming. Kids pool is a paddling pool. This is not a family hotel, avoid bringing your kids The hotel is not on the beach, don’t be fooled by The pictures. The hotel does have an allocated area for its customers on the beach, however… it only has 10-13 sunbeds which are filled by 6am with towels - after that you have to pay to use another section Food - pudding is the same - selection of cakes, dinners are ever so slightly mixed up, but no labels to describe foods, thankfully chefs spoke English Breakfast the same, slightly mixed up as is lunch Snack bar - burgers pasta 12-4 each day - ice cream 5-5:30 Drinks - poor selection for all inclusive Beach towels, £10 deposit for your stay Hotel felt more aimed at Russian guests than European or English The area is very mountainous, and for that reason, the pool only had sun as did the hotel from 6am-1pm - after that you had to go to beach and if you read above, no sun loungers Pro - the chefs spoke English Bathroom - although in need of TLC - shower was large - overhead shower and hand held Part of me feels sorry for some of the staff who did try, either the hotel needs to move away from Shake Bar, have investment and start over or Shake bar needs to close to help the hotel and it’s custom. The majority of guests here, all regretted their stay at this hotel, some staying they are going back to their travel agents - we looked into moving hotels but needed another £400 for 6nights, 4 nights in, I’m regretting not moving - yes, writing this review whilst here. There’s plenty of shops around the hotel, local bus at approx £1.50 will take you to maramis. Plenty of excursions, aim for £10-15 per excursion, asking prices £25-30 - boat tours, massages, jeep safari’s, mud baths all available. No matter how cheap this hotel might look as a deal, believe me, your sleep is worth more, save an extra months wages and go somewhere better 2/5 or or if I was being generous 3/10

Where to start? These apartments are very basic but very well-maintained and managed. If you asked for anything they helped you out by recommending restaurants, and places to visit, ordering taxis, and checking transfers. They even bought my friend a 50th birthday cake. The snacks were more than adequate for during the day so you really didn't need to leave if you didn't want to. The pool and bar are well maintained by the lovely Erkan who really looks after the guests. He was brilliant with me and my friends. He seemed to have lots of other jobs to do too! The manager and his family are lovely people and the rooms were cleaned daily. I have mobility problems and they helped me but also treated me lovely. Walk into town was doable for most people but I would advise taxis. Big shout out to the lovely Yvonne who stays there often and was so lovely. Some guests were a little crazy but hey ho! Loved my holiday and all the people in it tx
