Hotel is very clean, and we had a pool view which was perfect. Rooms are adequate - not a lot of room, but the air con was a blessing. Breakfast wasn't to the british palette (no bacon, sausage), but if you like eggs, they are plentiful in omlette, boiled and fried form! If you like bread, salami, ham, cheese, olives, tomatoes, hard fruit and very sour yoghurt, then you'll be ok (they so have chips for breakfast next to the pancakes 🤪). Lunch and evening meals were very good. During the afternoon, biscuits, cake and melon were provided. Downside - the puddings. Dry sponges only - no ice cream/creamy desserts at all. All inclusive bar provided only the following alcohol: beer, wine, reki, malibu, vodka. They had about 6 cocktails, which contained rum, but these were 'ready mixed' so they just added lemonade go them. I was disappointed that there wasn't rum or gin, (but that's because I dont like the other choices). The bar staff are pleasant (especially Mustapha 🤗), but no smile from the reception staff, and a very unpleasant sauna owner who voiced his anger when he found we'd visited another Spa for treatment. On the whole, we had a good time and were happy with the hotel and thought we'd had a good experience for the price paid, just disappointed with breakfast and not so 'all-inclusive' bar, otherwise I would have rated it was excellent.

We broke up today. The hotel is very cute. The pool garden is very clean and tidy. It's a peaceful environment. The breakfast is sufficient. Dinner could have been a little better in taste. But we were satisfied in terms of price performance. We stayed in a 1+1 room as a family. It was good in general. Air conditioner fridge was working. I can say that the WiFi connection was the best in the 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full even at the poolside. There were minor shortcomings, but it was very nice that they provided instant solutions to the problems with a phone call and completed the deficiencies. That's what counts anyway. All employees were very kind and interested. Mrs. elif and Mr. Furkan were rushing for the satisfaction of the guests. Special thanks to all of them. Some comments are very cruel. I guess they want to get 5 star hotel service and comfort for this money. Interesting.. we left satisfied. If we come to Side again, it is a place we will choose. It was a 2 year business. Tereddütüm vardı geçen seneden dolayı ama bu sene gerçekten çok mutlu ayrıldık eşim ve çocuklarımla . Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli ve bir sürü çeşit vardı aç kalma şsansınız yok gözleme snack aradaki boşluğu kapatıyor zaten . Animasyon ve oda temizliği güzeldi garsonlar da ilgiliydi Mutfakta çalişan bebeğimle ilgilen bi hanımefendi vardı ismini bilmiyorum ama çok güler yüzlü siyah boneliydi teşekkür ediyorum ona ayrıca . Side Amour Hotel Currently staying here but my views won't change so might as well use some down time reviewing. No complaints at all about the hotel. Staff are great, hotels clean and modern. Foods exactly as I'd expect at an inclusive. Yes there's some repetition but that's normal. If you're complaining about the offering like some reviews have then I'd suggest saving up harder next time and book a more expensive hotel or go self catering. Drinks are good, queues at bar never too long. I'm British so queuing isn't an issue anyway. Had one experience of a queue jumper but that barman Ozan clocked her and made a point serving everyone else first. Pool area never had any issues getting a bed. Right hand side of pool best for early shade. Left hand side later in afternoon is shaded. Temp is great. There's not much on your doorstep here so if you're looking for a lively area within a short walk then it's not the right hotel for you. Nearby there's a few bars/restaurants but none seemed busy. Hello bar over the road plays loud music so if you're staying on that side of the hotel and a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Shuttle to beach ran to schedule. Plenty of loungers or seats under shade. Water is great. Beach sandy bar a small section a few steps in but just shells and peebles. All inclusive extends to the beach. Lunch was basic but absolutely fine. Side town is lovely. 10 euro taxi I've not asked what in lira but assume 300 to 400. We went in daytime just for a wander. Shop sellers pleasant, slightly pushy but nothing like I've experienced elsewhere. They take a no after 2 or 3 attempts. Mostly generic gifts, jewellery, clothes etc. Found a lovely place for lunch or drinks with a fantastic view. Kamer Ocakbaşı Restaurant would definitely recommend. 5 drinks 2 mains was 2500 lira approx 58 pounds. But setting, service and staff were worth every penny. Overall would definitely recommend side and this hotel.
