Very beautiful view, Modern rooms, peaceful atmosphere, Nice lobby with eye catching view toward black sea. The seasonal swimming pool and gym were fantastic The lady in the reception was very helpful and expert in her work. We enjoyed the 3 nights stay in Radisson blue Trabzon. Our journey was in the month of July 2024.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The parking garage is very confusing, however. We did eventually find it underground. The hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with booking drivers to the local sites like Sumela Monastery. It was a wonderful stay!

The guy at the front desk of the hotel provided good service and the room was cleaned promptly. It is an accommodation choice that can guarantee a good night's sleep during the trip.

A wonderful and comfortable hotel, close to the airport and services, and they have all the services, even Otel, and the treatment of the staff was very excellent, God gives them. One of the best hotels in trabzon if not the best, the staff here are amazing, helpful and nice + the hotel was so clean and it had a nice location and a really nice rooms view. I checked in an economy room 410 for 5 nights from 1st to 6th of September. I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

Trabzon VIP apart обманывает туристов на деньги . Использует мошенническую схему через букинг и обманывает людей . Отказывает в заселении и не возвращает деньги . Занимается шантажем и вымогательством . Просит фотографии кредитных карт с обоих сторон. Сотрудники постоянно врут. Жаль раньше видео отзывы не видели об этом отеле . Ни в коем случае сюда нельзя заселяться . Многие положительные отзывы об отеле не настоящие либо уже не актуальные.

Trabzona İş gezisi için geldim ve otelin yorumlarına bakarak rezervasyon yaptırdım. Başta yorumların doğruluğundan şüphelerim vardı. 3 gün kaldığım bu otelden çok ama çok memnun kalarak ayrıldım burdan tüm Alya Boutıque ailesine teşekkür ediyorum. Otel Havalimanına yürüme 5 dk mesafede Odalar çok temiz, düzenli ve ferah ayrıca personeller çok güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde ve çok fazla çeşit var hepsi birbirinden lezzetli. Trabzon’a yolum her düştüğünde bu otelde kalacağım. Gönül rahatlığı ile kalabilirsiniz.

ЛЛетаюExcellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's.
The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

Uzer otel, Trabzon is a small but cozy with clean and tastefully furnished room. WiFi speed was fast and strong. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked food to complement the spread offered on the counter. Staff in dining hall and front desk, namely Abdul Ghaffar were most helpful and attentive. Hotel is also within walking distance to several interesting meandering backalley, filled with quaint shops offering a wide range of products. Walking upwards along these alleys eventually lead to a boulevard with fashionable and modern upscale shops on both sides. From here, the main Square is within sight. What impressed us most, was the quick thinking and action of two brothers/hotel owner Erdan and his brother Suleiman, when my husband realised his passport was lost(probably during our walk to the Square). After making several phone calls, the brothers were informed that my husband's passport was at the Central police station. Both brothers immediately drove and accompanied my husband to the Central police station. Happy to report that the lost passport was collected from the Central police station within the next half hour due to the quick thinking/action of the brothers and the efficiency of the local police. Most of all, many thanks to the kind hearted soul who sent the lost passport to the police station, at the expense of his/her own time . We will be forever grateful to the two brothers/owners of Uzer hotel for helping to recover my husband's passport. THANK YOU

WWolf.hkThe location is close to the bus station. It is very convenient whether you take a minibus to the city center or take a long-distance bus to other cities. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to a large shopping mall.
The hotel has a lift, the facilities are clean, and the room has enough space for two suitcases. The manager Zafar was very gracious and offered to assist.
On the day of check-in, we arrived early by an early flight, and they tried their best to arrange the room, and took us to the restaurant to rest first.
The fly in the ointment is that the hotel is located in the center of the vehicle yard, in the middle of a busy traffic hub. If you are driving by yourself, you are likely to encounter congestion. Be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot.

GGuest UserThe hotel is totally perfect. It is perfect in terms of hygiene and the employees are very concerned. I haven't had any problems. The rooms are both beautiful in design and very comfortable. In addition, although I went to the restaurant hours after breakfast, the owner's mother prepared a special breakfast for me. Moreover, thank you, they persistently prepared breakfast for me despite the trial. Really sweet people.

QQazzaz1I’ve spent a very pleasant week in the BlackSea region, and my stay at Nur hotel made my trip even better, the hotel’s location is in the middle of city center with views on the city’s Meydan and the sea as well, the rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful, especially mr. Eyüp, this guy is just the best, he’s very kind and helpful and he organized all of our trips around the region with affordable prices, so a huge shoutout to him, a little issues in the hotel for me were the cleaning service, as it wasn’t that great, and the breakfast, as it is with limited variety and not generous, but that’s all, everything else was amazing. In general, Trabzon and the BlackSea region is probably the best part of Turkey, and i enjoyed it to the full, and i recommend it to everyone, and highly recommend staying in Nur hotel whenever you decide to go there.

AAyooshOverall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.
