The hotel is located in the city center, just a few minutes walk to Newbury Street, Prudential Center shopping mall. The hotel is a large high-end old-fashioned building with gorgeous interior decoration. It is a 5-star hotel. excellent service. The room is a bit small but well decorated. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Eggs and sausages for breakfast cost more than 20 dollars. If you are a Gold member of trip.com, the price you order is lower than other websites.

We cannot wait to return to The Langham! We were lucky to be greeted by Alisha who not only got us checked in to our room a pinch early, but gave us fantastic lobster recommendations! The friendly, helpful service was the cherry on top of an incredibly beautiful, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable and housekeeping kept everything so tidy. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, opening doors and pushing elevator buttons for us when they could. One of the best stays we've ever had, making our first trip to Boston just fabulous! We will be back!

The advantage is that it is close to the hubs, Downtown Station and Chinatown Station, and there are many restaurants nearby that are easy to access. The room and queen bed were spacious. The downside was that the room was too cold, and the bathroom sink faucet seemed not to have been used for a long time when I first used it. At check-in, I was shocked when Reception told me that housekeeping would be done every 2-3 days. When I asked for a wine glass in the evening, it wasn't answered in a timely manner, so I had no choice but to drink from any cup.

Although we booked a lower tier room, we ended up on the 10th floor with a view away from downtown. After recent renovations, the room was modern and clean. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and good lighting. The hotel is located at one end of a luxury mall with expensive stores. This was helpful for being able to walk around without braving the cold wet weather outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that guests are charged a $25 amenities fee that becomes credit towards food and beverages at the hotel; this forces you to spend money for some overpriced food; however the food was good. Parking is also overpriced at $69 per night. You can park at the mall for about $50 paying by the hour. There are many good restaurants in the area and it is a reasonable walk to Boston Commons. It’s a good place to stay near the center of the city, but factor in the expensive extras when you are comparing hotels. We would stay there again.

The hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

Great stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist.

EElgin Hero HidalgoThe location is good - accessible to metro, shops and landmarks. The room is small for the price, and the breakfast is a joke - you get either some small sandwich or a plate of toast. On one day, they espresso machine was broken, so I had to take the generic coffee that's very watery. The reception staff was not friendly, just transactional. Same with the breakfast server on that day. My room has a so-so view of the city, it's facing the main street, and the rooms have poor soundproofing - I could hear the partying and the cars from the street and I am on the 10th floor. Moreso, I could hear a couple fighting the whole afternoon in the next room (that's why they have earplugs offered in the room because they know the problem). It's style-over-substance hotel, i.e. the aesthetics has a cool style but the practicality is very IKEA: foldable room desk and chair, hooks on wall instead of cabinets and hangers. For the price I paid, it's not value for money. It's a glamorized hostel for the price of a decent Marriott hotel room. Overall, I would look elsewhere the next time I'm back in Boston.

JJIYAOAfter Ctrip had paid the room rate, the next day after leaving the hotel, the credit card was deducted from another $ 113.8. We called back to ask the hotel. The customer service phone was so difficult to get through without saying that we were not deducted from our two sums. After looking for Ctrip customer service to communicate to the present 20 days, the hotel has repeatedly answered the reasons for the deduction of 4, 5 versions. Including the middle said that a refund has been made to another credit card we have never seen before, and later changed to no refund on that card. So far no explanation has been given to us. I also refused to confirm the credit card information with Ctrip customer service, and said that our credit card and the guest's name are not correct. The efficiency is also extremely slow. Basically, it can communicate once every three working days, one version at a time. In addition, the hotel was very noisy in the corridor at 10 o'clock that night. There were people who were walking back and forth. There was a bar downstairs.

GGexnihOThe hotel is relatively new! The room is relatively large and clean! The breakfast is a general American economy hotel breakfast, and it is no problem to be full! There are plenty of carbohydrates and coffee! But there are eggs 🥚, which are cold and I didn't try them. There are no vegetables! The hotel is suitable for family travel, the bed is large, and a family of four, two adults and two children, is no problem! The only shortcoming of the room is that it is generally closed, there is no ventilation and exhaust, and it needs to be adjusted with air conditioning. The overall cost performance is very good!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Oasis Guest House for a couple of nights in early July. I had booked a 1 person shared bathroom room but was upgraded to an ensuite room. I loved staying at the Oasis Guest House. There's something very comforting about seeing the same faces at the front desk every day. Being able to have a friendly chat with them about the neighborhood as you come home or head out. Staying in a place that blends into the neighborhood rather than seeking to dominate it. Boston is a very walkable city with great public transportation options and the Oasis Guest House is well situated to let you head out and explore the city. The property is centrally air conditioned and kept at a comfortable temperature. There was also a small fan in the room which I didn't need but was nice to have on hand. There was also a spare blanket in the dresser which I didn't need but was nice to have on hand. The room was not large but was perfectly comfortable and a very relaxing place to return to after a day of walking around the city. The bathroom was very clean. The shower space was a bit tight but worked well. I will definitely be returning to the Oasis Guest House on my next trip to Boston.

GGuest UserLocated on the edge of the city, but within 10 minutes to the subway. Next to the highway and the warehouse-style shopping center, there is a lot of noise. It is said that there are homeless people nearby. Those who are afraid of noise and poor sleep, and single women should enter with caution.
The room is relatively spacious, and the newly renovated facilities are still relatively new. But the configuration generally belongs to the standard of express hotels. What is more special is that both the restaurant and the room are equipped with disposable paper cups and dishes.
The washbasin in the room has a lot of water but the water in the shower faucet is relatively small. The faucet didn't work very well. The bathroom door is broken, and the air conditioner makes a lot of noise if the heating is turned on.
The bed and bedding are good, and the mattress is moderately firm.
Service: The attitude is okay, but the replacement supplies are lost. Towels, paper towels, and bottled water are not necessarily replaced every day. The hotel includes breakfast, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, and the quality is good.

GGuest UserThe good: • Location • Server in the breakfast bar was friendly and attentive • Front desk staff was polite and friendly; offered me an umbrella during the rain The bad: • Room Condition: o Toilet seat – there was a urine stain about the size of a dime on the seat, which I had to clean and sanitize upon arrival o Rug was filthy – when I walked barefoot, dust, lint and random particles stuck to my feet. I had to frequently rinse my feet in the shower to get all the grime off o Thin walls/ceilings – I could hear the guest in room 322 snoring like a bear each and every night. And on Weds night, the room above me (420?) sounded like a heard of elephants o Lights – I could not locate a switch to turn on the wall sconces adjacent the bed o Shampoo/Soap dispenser – the screw was unscrewed so the assembly kept falling apart when I used the shampoo & conditioner o Bar – closed; business travelers look forward to a drink at the end of the day and an opportunity to socialize w/ other guests • Front desk staff did not greet me as a Bonvoy Platinum member nor offer a choice of hotel credit or points. I will not recommend this AC Marriott to my colleagues until these issues were addressed.

GGuest UserMy friend and I made a quick one night stay in Boston on our way to Maine. We've been to Boston before and have seen many of the ”hot spots”. This stay was designed to be relaxing and be close to Boston Common and The Public Garden. Not only did it show up as the least expensive but perfect location for what we wanted. Valerie was pleasant at check in. We were happy with our room on the fifth floor that had two beds, two TVs, and our own bathroom. Rooms are basic but our needs were fully met. In the morning, Sean was very helpful in suggesting places to see on our travels on the way to and in Maine. Would definitely stay here again when in Boston.

ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

GGuest UserHotel Nine Zero is super well located in Boston. I stayed in the Hub suite. It is very spacious, with living room and bedroom. But the room has no window, being a bit “claustrophobic”! For the amount paid, I expected more, such as a coffee machine in the room. The hotel's restaurant/bar is only open for breakfast. No room service. The room is regularly cleaned (there were shelves in the room with books - part of the suite's decor - and there was a lot of dust on these shelves) The internet is free and with good speed. Despite being IHG Loyalty Diamond level, I had no benefits at this hotel - not even a room upgrade.
