Except the surrounding is a bit desolate, it is inconvenient to eat and shop. The hotel itself is generally good, in line with Hilton's uniform standards. Just for business travel. Not far from the airport, 5 minutes drive to downtown. The Starbucks inside closes at 11 o'clock. Come down early if you want to buy it 😀

I was going to a business conference across the street so for me personally the location could not have possibly been any better. As far as going out to do other things it was a little out of the way but it wasn’t too far from anything either. You can tell they did renovations and I think for the most part they did the best they could have done. Low ceilings in some parts of the hotel. There was a lot to offer there at the hotel w the and restaurant, there was even a Halloween costume party.

Clean enough. Had washer and dryer 2 sets 2.00 each. Vending machines and clean pool. Some strange characters but I learned a long time ago don't judge a book by its cover. Overall not a bad place in and out quick night it was good stop it

The stay was amazing and the front desk agent that checked me in was very professional and polite.the other staff was very pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed celebrating my name change on this trip to Dallas. I also like the proximity to the airport and galleria.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a newer property and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is good and quiet. Paid $150. However, the night clerk was very rude and insulting. And our entire family got severely bitten by bed bugs! The handicap rooms have a connecting door to the next room and therefore you can hear everything. They were playing very loud music and so I phoned and the clerk’s first response is a rude “Every hotel has noise” ***? She says she will call them. After half an hour I had to go down and ask her either to move us or do something. She says she can’t move us because the hotel is sold out and even though it’s still early and not everyone has checked in. Then she says she’s off by 11pm and so after that it’s not her responsibility and it will be the next shifts job. Again ***? I tell her I will clean our room and make the sheets on the bed so that we can move to another room. To top it all off my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. My wife ended up with huge dark itchy welts all over her legs and face. So did my daughter. I came away with less bites than they did but was absolutely horrible. The worst experience ever! I have never been so insulted in my life.

金金豆的麻麻Except the surrounding is a bit desolate, it is inconvenient to eat and shop. The hotel itself is generally good, in line with Hilton's uniform standards. Just for business travel. Not far from the airport, 5 minutes drive to downtown. The Starbucks inside closes at 11 o'clock. Come down early if you want to buy it 😀

DDreamer50057826993This hotel is tucked away in a corner of Addison. It's within walking distance of serveral dining options. It is a great place to have extra family stay for the holidays...and less than 5 minutes from my house. The property was clean and quite. They were very accommodating to my family (elderly mom). They called the room to make sure my relatives were ok and knew how to operate the side door. We will definately use the hotel again.

MMark L.72Clean enough. Had washer and dryer 2 sets 2.00 each. Vending machines and clean pool. Some strange characters but I learned a long time ago don't judge a book by its cover. Overall not a bad place in and out quick night it was good stop it

GGuest UserI was going to a business conference across the street so for me personally the location could not have possibly been any better. As far as going out to do other things it was a little out of the way but it wasn’t too far from anything either. You can tell they did renovations and I think for the most part they did the best they could have done. Low ceilings in some parts of the hotel. There was a lot to offer there at the hotel w the and restaurant, there was even a Halloween costume party.

GGuest UserThis is the third extended stay area that I've stayed in and I can honestly say that this is the best one by far. The staff has been very helpful and have gone out of there way to make sure that our stay here has been very pleasant and comfortable. From moving us to a different to meet our accommodations, to making sure that the pool area was clean when we had family over to visit. It's in a good area in Farmers Branch with restaurants and stores near by and close to the freeway. I have been here for three months with my wife and 5 year old daughter and we love it here.
