莫莫The hotel is very new. This is the third time our family has stayed. Also delivered breakfast. Great! There is also a lot to eat around the hotel, just walking distance. Close to Costco. Just two minutes off the highway.

The separation between the bedroom area and bathroom area is one of the best ever. The front desk clerk was very nice. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Eugene. We would give it 5 stars, but the bed was just a bit too firm.

At check in the front desk agent Crystal was so delightful and very helpful, she made sure to exceed our expectations, right from the start we felt very welcomed! A big shout out to Crystal for doing such a great job and being extra helpful with all our questions!!Our room was very clean and tidy, spacious and a great view from the free upgrade we received at check in. We will definitely be staying here again, when the staff is as wonderful as this experience we didn’t want to leave! Mary C.

GGuest UserAccommodating to after midnight check in. Arrived around 1:30am. Asked for pet free room on the phone. Upon arrival found out the entire property is pet friendly. Gross. Good: I didn't smell pets. The bathroom was clean, (bathtub permantaly stained), the sheets were clean, beds and pillows comfy, blackout curtains worked. (But they had a gross white stain on them) Gross. The fridge worked and was clean. Gross stuff: The carpet was badly stained and we felt the need to wear flip flops while walking around. Gross. The apolstered chairs were also badly stained. We had a late night meal we brought and I had to put a towel down on the chair to eat. Gross. It was quiet and the staff was kind and accommodating to a late check out, and fresh coffee. I hope to not stay here again amd felt were lied to about the ”pet free” room request. I couldn't get over the carpet and chair stains though. Gross.

GGuest UserI had an accessible room, I was disappointed there was no mirror in the room I could see myself in. I use a wheelchair and the only mirror was above the sink. I’m a diamond member and all other BW offer me a bottle of water at check in, they didn’t at this BW. Worst of all they put a $30.00 charge on my credit card. I know this is common, later it’s removed. But 22 days later it’s still on my card. I called them 4 times about it. The first 3 calls I was told the manager would return my call, they never did. Finally the 4th call, I was told the charge was dropped and I’d have to call my credit card. It’s now in dispute. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than most. GGuest UserThe staff was nice and the breakfast was very good for the two days we stayed here. There is a huge field, off the parking lot, where you can run your dogs. The Best Western we stayed at in June and this place are both older. The bathroom at this Quality Inn was tiny. The whole room was on the smaller side. The smallest toilet we had ever seen. Not counting the one at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls-Scenic Downtown where toilet was the size for a small child. So if you're worried about anything you may encounter in a room, remember that you can always ask to see one first.

GGuest UserThis is a great no-frills place, exactly as it advertised! The service is absolutely EXCELLENT for friendly, caring, prompt help. I felt safe and it was quiet and comfortable.

GGuest UserIt takes a lot to get Sandre fuming but beliebe me you you do NOT want to bring this one up or talk to her about this one that's for sure. The checkin boy was helpful in his own way but his dog was biting him... dogs will be dogs!! But that was the BEST OF IT. Our room was a jason to the front desk so loud door clunks and men voices could be heard brite as morning. NOY a good start. It wasn't too bad but that was before Sandre csuight sight of the ants. But it gets worse. The first thing you noticeis the cig smell... Sandres lungs can not handle second degree smoke and i don't know whos's can to be Frank. I'm STILL COUGHING. Who is smoking anyway. Then when we are eating we notice the long and short hairs everywhere and in the linens (which were stained with a blood color. Ants are one thing but SMOKE and BLOOD........ and HAIRS... Those things are not accepatble and we will not be staying here again unless we have no choices OR if there is a wedding in eugene we cant get out of
