Due to a flood in our house we had to stay for over 1 week while repairs were being done. From the reservation being made to our stay in a wonderful, clean 2 bed patio suite was flawless. The gentleman at the front desk graciously helped to accommodate our stay with great professionalism and politeness. Highly recommend this quiet, clean, modern hotel.Breakfast is included and Carolyn is so pleasant and friendly . I have no complaints and look forward to returning very soon for part 2 of our renovations. Thank you to all the staff, you certainly all show great pride in coming to work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated 👍

We were really pleased with this hotel. Check in staff were brilliant, all of them. Our room was really nice and comfortable. Large bed, sofa, fridge, microwave and TV. Balcony that overlooked McDonald's, but that was fine. Bathroom was very well equipped with a large, decent shower. We were loaned 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach that is within walking distance if you're not carrying too much. They don't loan towels, but to be honest, unless you are a really strong, experienced swimmer, I wouldn't recommend swimming off Seal beach. Breakfast room has a good selection of food, including non dairy milk. The hot food was different the second morning plus there were croissants. Swimming pool is not large, but there is also a jacuzzi. On the 2nd floor and towels are available within the pool area. Very clean. Housekeeping only available upon request, give 24 hours notice. Reception will provide you with any top ups that you require though. I would recommend downloading the hotel directory as all the information you need is there, including TV channels. Underground parking is free, you just display a permit that you are given at check-in. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The Hotel was very easy to find and just a five minute walk to the beach. First impression was a little doubtful as the tiny checkin office is a little unkempt and the staff although friendly could definitely be more professionally dressed.There is not an elevator but it is only 3 floors. The steps are in need of paint which would help with that first impression. Then we stepped into our very lovely third floor Harbour view jacuzzi room! It was perfect for our stay! Spacious and modern with a lovely Harbour view. The shower pressure was fine and our bed was comfortable. The furniture modern. We had a fridge and microwave. Maid service was fine. We could leave our car parked in the free garage and walk to several restaurants as well as the beach.. Great qstay and would definitely return.

The price was what caught my attention and what caused me to book the hotel. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was 26 minutes from the Cruise Terminal at Long Beach. I wasn’t sure if location was going to be an issue but it was fine.

Not going to lie, I was skeptical when we pulled up, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big and clean. The beach is a block away. The Sublime Memorial Wall is right next to it. We walked to 2nd street and it only took about 10 mins and was a nice walk. I would recommend this place to couples or individuals.

Excellent
GGuest UserDue to a flood in our house we had to stay for over 1 week while repairs were being done. From the reservation being made to our stay in a wonderful, clean 2 bed patio suite was flawless. The gentleman at the front desk graciously helped to accommodate our stay with great professionalism and politeness. Highly recommend this quiet, clean, modern hotel.Breakfast is included and Carolyn is so pleasant and friendly . I have no complaints and look forward to returning very soon for part 2 of our renovations. Thank you to all the staff, you certainly all show great pride in coming to work. Your efforts are greatly appreciated 👍

GGuest UserWe were really pleased with this hotel. Check in staff were brilliant, all of them. Our room was really nice and comfortable. Large bed, sofa, fridge, microwave and TV. Balcony that overlooked McDonald's, but that was fine. Bathroom was very well equipped with a large, decent shower. We were loaned 2 chairs and an umbrella for the beach that is within walking distance if you're not carrying too much. They don't loan towels, but to be honest, unless you are a really strong, experienced swimmer, I wouldn't recommend swimming off Seal beach. Breakfast room has a good selection of food, including non dairy milk. The hot food was different the second morning plus there were croissants. Swimming pool is not large, but there is also a jacuzzi. On the 2nd floor and towels are available within the pool area. Very clean. Housekeeping only available upon request, give 24 hours notice. Reception will provide you with any top ups that you require though. I would recommend downloading the hotel directory as all the information you need is there, including TV channels. Underground parking is free, you just display a permit that you are given at check-in. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Very Good
The price was what caught my attention and what caused me to book the hotel. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was 26 minutes from the Cruise Terminal at Long Beach. I wasn’t sure if location was going to be an issue but it was fine.
