Having stayed in this hotel several times, I was unfortunate this time to reside in room number 107. Everything about the room was really all right except for one thing. The mattress is worn out or cheap or both. There was also a problem with the woman and a man in the parking lot that required the police. I never felt comfortable with what was going on in the parking lot. But the real problem was the bed, another major problem in the room, is a musty smell that indicates that it may be time for the carpets to be ripped up and replaced. If you happen to stay at this hotel, I would definitely refuse room number 7. And did I mention, that they don't have an elevator to the second floor. I also killed a loan bug crawling across the floor. some of the other rooms are better. But it's pretty much hit and miss. Good luck! With all that being said, it's still better than the Montcler i n sandwich.

Continental breakfast was a little disappointing. Very small televisions in the rooms will a fuzzy picture. Towels were ok, wash clothes need to be replaced. Beds, not very comfortable to me. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Guest cards do not work on the patio door where their designated smoking area is. There were several little quirks here. Restaurant and bar were not open.

i was disappointed at the delay to check in. trip.com card declined so i was stuck in the lobby for hours. and all they did was offer me 2000 coins. not satisfied at all

On Thanksgiving day we arrived to the hotel tired and and ready to check- in. Unfortunately there was an error on our reservation but it was immediately fixed . the staff was very attentive and cordial so overall we had a good experience staying in this hotel

去芝加哥奧特萊斯大約幾公里，開車還是很方便的，早餐很好，有肉餅和雞蛋餅。人不是很多。很安靜，房間很大，停車免費；但説實話以後專門開車來芝加哥奧特萊斯就很沒必要了，場地很大但很多商家關門了，價格也不比市中心的店便宜，質量很一般都是越南和印尼產的，沒意思！
