Excellent service. Exceptionally clean. All the staff had a smile on their faces each time I encountered them. This is the best stay I have ever had at a hotel. I would like to mention the supervisor Breanne for allowing me to have an early check in. Roslyn the GM was also at the desk and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best rate available since I travel so much to the area. Allison checked me in and was just so happy to assist me. The staff here is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I will never stay at another hotel in Yuba City.

Amazing customer service at check in. Building was clean and quiet. We had the spa jet bath with fire place room. Great view. Room was clean and fresh. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet was tasty, food was nice and hot.

I would like to applaud the incredible customer service at the Travelodge in Yuba City. The rooms were very quiet and clean and there was always somebody at hand if needed. It was easy to check in and they were accommodating to my service dog. Not a bad price for a quality stay. My family and I stayed here twice so far and we will be back. And I would like to give a special thank you to Nick at the front desk for showing the appropriate care when confronting racism from another guest, letting me know it will not be tolerated there. Friendly staff and clean room. Reasonable update to facility. Water pressure was a bit low at the hot setting. Thermostat on wall did not have the option for 'fan-only'. Fan would only come on after a change to temp - which is incredibly annoying seeing as the unit itself has the option to have the fan on constant. That did not get translated to the wall thermostat. Somewhat of a huge letdown as I need constant air movement for my sleep and don't want to have to pack around a small fan everywhere i go. Breakfast area is small compared to other BW's. Breakfast offerings are minimal - not plentiful. Breakfast food items not refilled or ran out frequently. Only a problem since other BW's I've stayed at are constantly monitored and refilled asap - before the item is empty.

Okay so the place is a little run down but Carmen the front desk worker love herrr!!! She’s amazing she’ll make you laugh make you feel at home she has a wonderful personality shes a really great worker! I hope your manager really knows how lucky he is to have you!!! You really bring light to the hotel I’m definitely going to come again just to have another good chat with you!!!

Had no issues and was quiet and relaxing, there was no hassles checking in or out

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

High speed internet. The staff was nice and pleasant, I stayed there more than couple months for work. My room was supper clean because it was cleaned every other day. When I was coming from work it was clean and I was comfortable. Over all a pleasant stay. I recommend it to everyone.
