We stayed there 3 nights. The room was huge and the view bomb. Of course there are Russians, but Chinese do not hurt. The damage is just that Mui Ne has just a problem with the sand beach. Ocean vista is part of the huge territory Sea links city. First of all here is a very good beach for children to bath, in the morning in the waterfall along the shore small meadows without waves, children of all ages very like to swing in them. Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 6 including a dog. Received a lovely welcome by the staff on arrival with fresh fruit and juice. We had 3 wonderful bungalows right on the beautiful beach which was empty most of the time. Spent most of our day around the pool which we had mostly to ourselves. Ate at the hotel restaurant for lunch where the food was delicious and excellent value for money. Overall, we had a great stay and felt really well looked after by all the staff.

The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

This is the first hotel we chose when we were in Vietnam. The beautiful landscape and the facilities were new and nice. Room was well decorated, breakfast with many choice from Vietnam to Western cuisine, we love tea and coffee. The service was super good, special shout out to Thuy from front desk, her service made us felt like home. Every single detail was well arranged for us. Thank you Thuy. We surely will come back here again!

I loved how eco friendly this hotel is. The typical shampoo and body wash plastic bottles were replaced with clay pots and glass jars, and the plastic straws non existent, having been replaced by metal straws and biodegradable rice paper straws. The room was amazing as was the location and having both the beach and the pool literally on your doorstep made it difficult to choose between the two. Beach/ pool and restaurant service was amazing as was the food and so were the sweet ladies in housekeeping. Reception staff during the day were a bit off but the ones in the evening and night were really helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is good, you can take a taxi when you go out. The environment is very good, with a private beach. The breakfast is plentiful, but the disadvantage is that the facilities are slightly outdated. Most of the guests are Russian, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Recommend~
