Hotel was very handily situated in the town centre , clean with tea/coffee making facilities and had parking opposite (which is extra). The seagullls where very noisy .

Location was great for all amenities
Staff were friendly and helpful
Rooms are so stuffy it was hot and unpleasant to sleep windows only open 2 inches and the fans did very little to cool the room! Probably won’t use travelodhe again because it was so uncomfortable in the heat

Horrendous hotel wouldn’t recommend at all. Rooms were dirty and clothes from previous occupants still in the room. Bed smelt of smoke and damp. Facilities in the room were ok the toilet wouldn’t flush so had to use reception toilet seaview was sabotaged with the scaffold

Lorraine in reception was super and her manager helped with sorting out all our rooms as we had 4 rooms booked which they managed to keep our family rooms together , top marks to her and her manager, we would gladly stay here again. Travelodge needs to acknowledge they’re staff members going that extra mile for their customers

This place was so bad first and last time I’d ever stay there The room was not cleaned properly I picked up a top which I thought was my son’s only to discover it was dirty underwear and leggings that had been left in the room The room was way to hot it was noisy and we had a beautiful view of some scaffolding outside our window The lady who dealt with us I felt sorry for she had only just started her shift and had to deal with it she was a lovely young lady very helpful

Got here yesterday and the room is very clean and all bed is very comfortable the staff are amazing friendly they are happy to help you with anything the hotel is in the town centre they have a tv with the room with a lovely shower and the staff clean the rooms daily

Travelodge is the best value for money in this town. The rooms are bright, meticulously cleaned and feel like a much higher priced room. I love the built in lighting in the headboard for reading in bed. The showers have great pressure and endless got water. I think that the bonus is with the staff. The reception staff will go that extra mile to help and the room service changing linen always have a positive attitude. That it is right in the centre of town is an extra. No need to get a bus or taxi from the station and all shop and restaurants are within a short stroll. I have already booked my next stay in April.

The Staff were amazing and really helpful.. Dan and Jen were so friendly and the room was really clean and the bed was really comfortable i want one for my own house ! …I’m going to stay here so much more now because I love it and the staff make it feel like home .. :)

Did not enjoy my stay here at all. You walk into a building that smells like drains, with a not so welcoming greeting by the receptionist. I wouldn't reccoment this hotel to anyone as I did not feel safe here and the room was not clean. Only positive thing I would say is it is close to seafront amenities.
