Great place to stay. Whenever we are staying at a hotel we look for Townplace Suites, they have always come through strong!

Our room met our expectations, breakfast was fine, and the exercise center was clean and all in good repair.
However, we were on the first floor … no problem with noise or anything … near a side entrance that was more convenient than going through the lobby. There were two concrete steps up from the parking lot to the door without either a handrail or a ramp. How on earth did y’all get that past building inspectors or ADA rules? Anyhow, that was a little unnerving for senior travelers.

WASTE of my money. No wifi and loud air/heating vent. Also on a Saturday night they closed the pool for regular maintenance treatment. No notice and our pool night was ruined!
Asked mgmt to switch rooms and was told the whole property is old and only a few have been remodeled with new venting systems.
Asked for compensation for at least a little bit and was refused.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice amenities with an ample sized walk-in shower. The breakfast was well presented and had great variety to the selections available.

First, there was the $100 pet cleaning fee that I was hit with at check in. We travel with our pet all the time and this seems a bit excessive. If I was staying a week, sure that’s reasonable, but 1 night, no. I would have cancelled my reservation but it was a non refundable booking. Then there were no linnets in the room for our sleeper sofa. We had a pillow in the closet for it but nothing else. I called the front desk to get linens brought up, after waiting an hour I went down to get them myself. They were doing shift change and the clerk I talked to had completely forgotten about my request for linens. The place is clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was nice, but lack attention to detail.

Staying here was delightful the enter nights stay. Fell right to sleep on the King sized bed and comforter.

In town because my sister is in the hospital. The hotel policy says two dogs, but we have three big ones. They made special accommodations for us in light of the conditions of our stay in town. I would recommend them to anyone.

The hotel was clean, updated. We were very impressed with the size of room and amenities. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had many choices. Very impressed. Could use new pillows 😊
