We https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/UserReview-g187091-d1071353-Ibis_Budget_Clermont_Ferrand_Centre_Montferrand-Clermont_Ferrand_Puy_de_Dome_Auvergne_Rhone_Alpe.html 4 rooms on way to holiday and 4 rooms on way back. On way there no problems, polite, helpful staff. NOT the case on way back Friday 26/8. Rude unhelpful staff, who wanted to charge one of us for drink, but with no price list. When asked apparently the price list is private and no receipt could be provided! Screams out that someone on the make. Also staff entered one of the rooms while we loading cars and hadn’t even checked out which is totally unacceptable. So unfortunately you missed out on 14 breakfast on Saturday 27/8 as we all went elsewhere. I know this is a budget hotel but don’t expect to be shouted at when we are paying customers. Would like to speak to someone about having some money refunded and some of your staff need to be trained in customer services and also conveniently don’t understand English which is not what is advertised! Very bad experience and definitely not happy.

ibis budget Clermont-Ferrand Centre Montferrand – zufrieden. Nur 5 Autominuten von Stadtzentrum entfernt. Alles war sauber, der Zimmerausblick war auch interessant. Zimmer war nicht groß, aber genau wie wir gebucht haben. Das dritte Bett war wegen Platzsparen oben, wie in Ibis man gewöhnt ist. Für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Nous avons décidé de nous arrêter à cet hôtel pour faire une pause pour nous rendre à notre cure thermale .Mal nous a pris , nous avons du payer 2 nuits d'Hotels et 2 petits déjeuners pour une nuit du 20 au 21 septembre 2023

Sur la route de nos vacances, nous sommes arretés , il n'y avait pas de savon dans le distributeur. Compliqué, pour une PMR. De retour, le 16/9, même chambre exigue pour une PMR. Lorsque nous nous présentons au petit déjeuner à 9h15, il n'y avait plus rien de frais sur le buffet. La machine était en panne : pas de café, pas de thé, pas de pain, pas de croissants. L'employée n'avait pas l'air concernée, pas très réactive, plutôt indifférente. La responsable est enfin intervenue après 20 mn pour réapprovisionner le buffet de + en + réduit.
