Recommend staying here. Classy crowd and quiet. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Shower could us some updating, but overall, an lovely stay!

Plenty to do on the property as far as activities for adults and kids. Karaoke couple nights a week, mini golf, pools, and easy access to the food store.

This resort is very well cared for. Our one bedroom unit in the 400 series buildings was tidy, clean but dated. There was no full length mirror and was very lacking in surface space in the bathroom and bedroom. Vanity space non-existent.
If you are asked to attend a 90 minute presentation and offered gift cards and trips in return, please be aware IT IS NOT 90 MINUTES. We were there for FOUR HOURS. The lady doing our presentation was lovely so my husband and I didn’t have the heart to leave. Big mistake and waste of half a day :(
Please check BBB before you consider purchasing anything. Omg. So bad.
We did not appreciate the dishonesty and being roped in to missing 4 hours of our vacation when we were told it was going to be 90 minutes.
Good enough location if you’re going to Disney theme parks. Terrible if you aren’t. It’s the middle of nowhere.
We wouldn’t return here.

Absolutely amazing place! Lots to do on property. Within walking distance of publix (Aldi is also directly across from there). Full kitchen in the condo. Gated community and security constantly patrolling the grounds. The grounds are so peaceful and absolutely gorgeous! Perfect place to vacation if you're visiting Disney Parks.

Hadn’t been there in over 7 years and was pleasantly surprised that the grounds, accommodations and staff are as great now as they were then!

Great stay, always enjoy staying at summer bay Orlando, disappointed main pool was shut down due to renovations, always enjoyed it, should have been on the website. Called about the injured cat and I don’t believe anything was done to help it.

It was ok… not worth the hefty price unless you’re spending a lot of time at a resort instead of exploring. The hotel is located 20 min outside of Orlando. The in house Starbucks is nice but don’t expect to earn any points. Gym is ok.

For the price, Summer Bay has tons of value. We’ve stayed here twice in the last year. First time was awesome as the room was more newly built (the 500 section) and closer to the good pool & rec centre. Second stay (in the 100 section) was good but not great. The room/building was older; the pool nearest to us under renovation. So, we packed more stuff and budgeted extra time to walk or shuttle to the other pools.
On a rainy day, the rec centre attendant wouldn’t open the craft room for our little kids so the activities for them on that morning were limited but we got by (there is tons to do in Orlando - rain or shine after all!)
