I have bad experience very slow Check in they want to wait all the way until 3 PM and 4 PM In the end they give you one room near the alligator

Our room that we paid for was taken. We paid for three beds and they only had two beds left. Could not reimburse us.

Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The suite is one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed at and the area near by has many restaurants and shopping centers to choose from. Will definitely book this hotel in a future again!

Terrible. Dirty asked for a quite room due to early flight and was placed on very loud road location. Not staying here again

There was easy checking in and checking out. The place was clean. My only concern is there is a gas station across the street and my room faced that gas station so there is quite a bit of late night noise. The gas station must be 24 hours.

We really liked the room, the space, how clean it was, the bathroom. We had a child to sleep on the sofa-bed. It was comfortable and worked well. It just took some to get sheets and blankets. We needed a second blanket, I had to go to get it myself because they were short staffed. Finally, breakfast was very good. Recommended.
