Great place to stay customer service is excellent

Impossible to get any decent sleep with the train being right in front of the hotel and blasting its horn throughout the night. The front desk staff was inexperienced. Was given a room, which the key did not work. Had to be moved to a totally different room with a working lock on the door.

The worst experience of our lives!!!!!!!! the heater did not work and it was in the negatives the hot water was cold so no showers the front desk never answered! I had to accept a room I didn’t book cause they didn’t have any clean ones! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The place was raunchy. The room smelled like a bar. We used an air freshener but it didn’t work. There was no hot water to take a shower. The towels were nasty. They were dirty and dingy. The wash cloths were dirty, stained and you could see right through them, and it holes in it. The tv didn’t work most of time while we there. It said the room had a coffee maker but there was none to be found. The walls were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep very. The only thing good about was that we were there only for a night. I just suggest that you spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton inn or the quilaty inn. At least have free breakfast. These guys don’t. Never staying here again. Next time I’m spending the extra money to stay somewhere else. I guess the saying is right. You get what you pay for. That explains why there were only a few vehicles. They must not have that much options.

The outside looked nice but once we got to the room the door was broken and wouldn't lock so they moved us to another room.when we went to the new room it was completely filthy there were flys in the room and the white towels were brown instead of white. We wound up sleeping in our car instead of staying there. Was kind of scared to touch anything in the room because of the condition and filth

I asked for different room from the start but was told there were none available. I had to kill at least 30 plus flies before I could even sit down. Fridge leaked, Directv didn’t work and Wifi was very weak. Idk if #252 is the worst room but if any of the others are even close to this one…stay away!

The building was mid-renovation. What had been done, was very well-done. What had not been updated, needed some work. The owners were very helpful and friendly. With a little more time, the whole place will be fully updated and very nice.

Nice staff. Horrible room, no cold water in shower, dirty, bedding incomplete. No breakfast. Old and damp.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. The room we did get was ok. Needs updating badly. Staff was friendly and helpful
