Whole place could use an update replace old mattresses and put a plug in tubs. Grate the parking lot and maybe get some curtains from the recent Era the 60s look is very loud and Terri le to look at. Tvs are tiny

Was in Cochrane snowmobiling and couldnt get a room where I usually stay and got the last 2 rooms at the Thrift Lodge. Rooms were spacious and clean but definitely dated and in need of TLC. We spend the day on the snowmobile so in reality as long as the room is clean and warm with a shower its fine for us. Continental breakfast was a bit lacking.

The rooms were dirty, with loose and sinking flooring both in the room and bathroom. Wifi was good. Breakfast was unsanitary, for example the kitchen staff got me a spoof and wiped it on their shirt to clean it from the counter top.

Avoid if you can. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The phone, TV, hair dryer or air conditioner worked. The place was filthy, carpet and baseboards were disgusting. The bed and coverings were so old. The mattress was very hard and creaked with every move. Absolutely nothing like the pics that are on the website. It smelled old and musty. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep and had sore backs from the bed. I would sleep in my vehicle before ever staying there again.

we just stayed for a night, check in was great , friendly service, she gave us coupons for breakfast, was ok stay for the $ we paid, but we could not get the heat to work, would not turn on, we didn't report it , but we feel the room should be in tip top order before the customer arrives

This is a budget motel and does not look great from the outside. The rooms are dated, there was no dresser or any place to hang up anything but it was clean, had a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker

Room was filthy. Carpet needs replacing. Mildew in dated bathtub (pink). Needed painting.electrical outlet had no cover. Thermostat had no cover. Continental breakfast was non existent!parking lot in disrepair!

This was my second stay at this motel. Nothing fancy about it. Reasonably priced. Could use some freshened up on the carpets. I would stay at this motel again, it has a convenient "fast-food" restaurant if you don't mind Pizzas and burritos/wraps. Licensed for liquor.

This hotel was dismal and depressing. Avoid at all costs. Small hairs were on the cover of the bed, and the whole room had a terrible odor. The only positive: ever since my stay there, all other hotels seem magical. Try the Econolodge or Station Inn.
