Honestly, I come to the same place just about every month for business and it has been getting worse with every visit. There's always a problem with the elevators which usually is just annoying but this time was troublesome for me. I recently had surgery and had to push the luggage cart up the handicap ramp which has tight turns and then when I finally got upstairs I was given a handicap accessible room. Since I didn't need that accommodation and I didn't want to take it from someone else I called down and the lady told me to come down and get a new key. Well, I wasn't going to leave all my stuff in the hallway upstairs and I couldn't really bring it all the way back down again because of doctor's orders. So a sweet lady brought me a key to a new room. When I got there the key didn't work. So she went down to get another key. This time the key worked but the room was already occupied. Awkward! Finally she got a key to a third room which finally worked. By then, it had been over 45 minutes of standing in the hallway waiting and not feeling great. I don't think I'll be back. Oh and the bonus was that I got charged for parking as well, which is something relatively new but still not the type of great customer service I had grown to expect from embassy suites.
