Nice from the outside, run down on the inside. Beds are hard and rooms are small and not very comfortable. Wifi is slow, TV is tiny and you can only watch free to air. I would not stay here again.

Liked the kingbed & spa. Pool was okay. Ground floor option would have suited us better. Over property is somewhat dated but clean & tidy.

The room was clean and the spa was nice. However, I felt that it was highly overpriced in comparison to the other motels we’ve stayed at in Coffs before.
Inside the room there was a very tiny tv that we could barely see so we used our laptop instead to watch movies. There was a a kettle for coffee but it wouldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (which the flick mixer was loose and flopping around) so we had to fill up cups of water to pour into the kettle.
The location we stayed at had a very noisy family next to us and the children they had were constantly screaming and the doors were constantly being slammed open and closed.
I could have overlooked all of this and gave it a decent rating but I cannot because of the price we paid to stay there. I expected better than what we got.

The rooms are a bit outdated, hardly any power points for charging phones etc. Toaster in room but no knives or plates. Beds not comfortable. Some glasses in fridge weren’t clean. One of the little milks for coffee had already been opened and some used. Great location. Pool is well maintained and was a hit.

Great location to Main Street activities about a 5 minute walk, saves you $ so you don’t have to pay for parking to shop and eat. They have a back gate to the beach which is only a 3 minute walk. Highly recommend due to the location and cost.

Dirty and run down - carpet badly stained, beds and linen in poor condition, shower walls delaminating, tiles and other paint work flaking. There was very limited sound insulation from the carpark, and an insufficient number of parking spots for the number of guests.
