Pleasant stay rooms where spacious and lovely

One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. First they gave us a room 113 which was completely with the smell of Smoke, in which we could not even enter. Then I went to reception and complained and they told they will put refresher spray in the room and tried to convince me to take that room. After so much effort , i asked to change the room and they gave me a room on the top floor 4th floor. I felt happy for that. But i did not know it would be much worse than the previous room. Exactly above my room no 411, they had their kitchen and utensils washing area. From 10 pm in the night they started throwing the vessels during washing in the kitchen and we heard the sound that someone was throwing the utensils on our head. I called and complained the reception twice, but they did not stop. Then i directly went to the kitchen which was above our floor (5th floor) at 2 am in the morning and asked the chef to stop the washing and let us sleep for sometime. But after i come down to room no 411, it started again . I went to the kitchen twice and requested them to stop. But it did not stop. So all 4 of us did not sleep till morning and we had the worst night of our life ever. I am sure the one in the reception who allotted us this room would have definitely known that this room had this complaint. Inspite of that he gave it for us. I am sure he has spoilt the hotel’s reputation to the core and I also dont know if the Hotel ***agement knows it or not. Even after knowing that if the Hotel ***agement is allowing it, then you are spoiling your hotel’s reputation. I am know a lot of members in the Hotel Association in Coimbatore and I am definitely going to complaint this irritating stay at Hash six Hotel. The ***agement need to take immediate action to save the Guests sleep and peacefulness.

We had our son's birthday party hosted in hash six. It was organized by Babu.T... The event was planned very well and the food and service was excellent..Price was also reasonable..Worth for the money we paid..Thanks for the entire team..we highly recommend Hash six for all.

We, Association of Alliance Clubs International, District 250 S organized 2 days Training here on 25th & 26th Nov 2023. The arrangements, hospitality and services are excellent. Food is really SUPER. The staff are nice and cooperative. We immediately booked for our next training program scheduled in Dec 2023. Hosted my wedding reception at delight Hall. Very courteous staff lead by efficient n humble ***ager Mr Babu and team. Great food n service. Made our function do memorable. Best and affordable price offered with personal touch.

The hotel was clean, the staff are friendly. We had a good meal at the restaurant. Close to Ganga Hospital ( which we needed). Easy excess to most of the places. Will stay again if we are visiting Coimbatore!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. When we checked in they said they only have twin room but I did not agree so after sometimes they agreed to give the room I booked. After arriving from a long trip wanted to take a shower but unfortunately hot water not working. Later they said because we are in the 4th floor the pressure of water is not enough to reach. Because of complain they said we can change room to a lower floor. Internet speed was so slow that couldn’t load even the speed test. Ordered room service which never came and later 3rd time when I called said chef already went. Price very expensive for a 4 star rating hotel. Good thing about the hotel is it as nice big room. Friendly reception staff.

1 booked this hotel from Yatra for 2 days for 7k. Visited the hotel around 9-9.30 and requested for a room but the Hotel reception is denied early check-in. Must say Hotel is big but their standard is small. I have told them that I am a revisiting customer accompanying my wife today who is a doctor on a posting in Ganga Hospital. Further told them that my friend is staying with you for 2 weeks. Reception staff simply ignored they seem to oblige only if I do direct reservation or pay extra 2k for 2 hrs. I asked them to connect me with ***ager, they instead connected me to their immediate supervisor. The staff here is willing to give the room for direct reservation but not to the guest coming with a booking from yatra/ MMT etc. I have seen few customer checking out in front of me and when I pointed them they said house keeping hasn't come yet and it will take time for them to clean. I have even requested to give them temporary room for 10 mins so I could take shower and go to the hospital. They did not oblige. Been to ***y hotels of same and higher star. They always oblige for early checkin and upgrade if it's available. Also, in my experience room cleaning takes 15 mins. I waited at the reception for an hour in anticipation of getting the room. Room needs little overhauls. Bathroom flush do not work properly. Hair dryer, room slipper missing
