Excellent stay very hygiene hotel excellent location it's is located in the center of the town easy to stay for the newcomer over all my experience was great and i will come again soon to stay with my family I will recommend this hotel to other family and friends

Excellent Very good. Great hospitality. Staff amazing food lovely. Staff friendly. I recommend to all new travellers coming to residency. Anytime. Extremely professional staff extremely professional staff and polite and hygiene is is always number one in this hotel. We will definitely return especially to some of the staff here Priya, Vincent Cassie who took us to a very good driver in the restaurant Buvana who assisted me with the tailoring upstairs the restaurant, Karthik, Karthik, Vishnu, and the chef who made my fish so beautiful the way I wanted it last night and every other night just amazing the way he did it. I love I love this place who was we had an amazing rest and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who are thinking of coming to India Coimbatore in the future okay thank you guys love you appreciate thank you

Excellent place to stay, clean and neat rooms,and food is very good, staff are very good and friendly. It’s really worth to stay in this place , pool is very clean and neat and well maintained. Front office staff are very well ***nered with good communication.

Best service ever i have experienced in the recent times. I would definitely come back anytime without hesitation. I would also recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Coimbatore. Absolutely loved the experience wholesome. Great hotel!

I was booked for a month while looking for an apartment - and this hotel turned out to be a very pleasant experience (a home away from home). The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the amenities are nice. The gym is a bit small but still served my needs - the equipment was clean and in good working condition. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive. A special shout out to Raju & Belaji in housekeeping as well as Billifang & Fela from the Pavillion restaurant for their excellent customer service!!! Thank you to everyone for making my stay so memorable!!!

We had a lovely stay at residency. The service was par excellence. We had requested for interconnecting room. The rooms were ready as promised. The club rooms are recently renovated and very premium. The rooms come with access to a club lounge. We were also allocated a personal butler Karthik who was responsive and considerate. That was really useful as we were travelling with kids. The hotel food was excellent with the staff of pavilion catering to some personal request promptly. The Chinese cuisine place chin chin is also an excellent place to eat. The hotel is centrally located and it’s one of the best places to stay in coimbatore.
