Side Sunport Hotel - All Inclusive

It was the first time we were in this hotel. Everything was beyond expectations. The hotel, the pools, the beach, everything was great. We will visit again next year. The negative was that they smoke by the pool and on the beach. They should create smoking zones.

Regarding the food: For an hotel rated with 5*, I was expected to have various food, at least a ripe watermelon (not green as both varieties were). Haven't the solariums in Antalya heard of cherries, sour cherries, strawberries?! Regarding the beach: 8 years ago when the hotel was Side SunGate the sunbeds were more loosely positioned. Now I sat like sardines. The distance is about 1 km to the beach, not 150 m. Regarding the hotel: Everything is wroted and spoked in German. 😡 Resume: for 2700 €, next year i will go to Greece 😍

We have been to Turkey about 20 times and have been really impressed with this hotel. Its quite compact not like some of the big hotels but it gives it a more personal feel. The staff are very friendly and the quality of food is excellent. Table service at the beach and pool and buffet style in the evening with speciality nights. We are the only English family here, which is quite normal for this side of Turkey but that hasn't been a problem for us. There are lots of shops nearby if that is what you are looking for. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable and big. We have a superking size. I don't really think you can ask for much more on a holiday. If you come, you won't b disappointed in our opinion. Enjoy x

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in Turkey, and I have been coming to Turkey for fifteen years. Thanks a lot Love Holidays for putting an English speaking family into a hotel where it is all German People. (I would like to point out that the German tourists were fine, but none of the staff spoke any english(I had to resort to a translator, I mean nobody), and all information, messages etc were in German or Turkish. I was so looking forward to this holiday, do not come to this hotel unless you are German. The restaurant staff were so lovely but at reception we were treated with ignorance and utter contempt because we were not German. When you travel all inclusive you feel that there isn’t any hope around your choices, as they have taken your money and their attitude is tough, if you don’t like it. Please if you speak English do not come to this hotel. My other issue is around dietry requirements. No labelling of any food contents and when I asked if there were any vegetarian options the very unpleasant woman on reception looked at me as if I had committed a crime and said ‘No only Vegetables, no other options’ I pointed out that I needed protein and again she shrugged and said,’Vegetables’!! There are many good hotels around this area I am sure but this hotel is a nightmare if you speak English. All signs in the restaurant and on boards etc are in German or Turkish. I even had to use a translator for the bar staff. I have never felt so utterly disempowered, shame on you Sun port Hotel Side, Turkey.

Номер отличный, обслуживание высший класс, атмосфера замечательна, еда в ресторане разнообразная, сервис хороший, персонал весь внимательный. Для искушенных алкоголь,напитки и коктейли будут не по душе. Для тихого, спокойного отдыха с семьями то что надо.

Wir waren bereits das 4.mal als 4 köpfige Familie im Side Sunport, normalerweise immer sehr zufrieden, aber diesmal war es einfach nur katastrophal. Familienzimmer mit seitlichen Meerblick glich einer verschmutzten Baustelle. Tresor und Klimaanlage defekt, Balkontüre und Lampe kaputt, Silikon in der Dusche löste sich und Abflussrohr vom Waschbecken undicht, (WC extrem unangenehmer Geruch). Zimmer wurde notdürftig geputzt und wir hatten Löcher im Bettlacken. Wir haben es dann bei der Gästebetreuerin Frau K. am nächsten Tag reklamiert. Die Arroganz, die diese Dame einem entgegen bringt wäre eventuell gerechtfertigt wenn sie ihren Job vernünftig und Kundenorientiert machen würde was aber absolut nicht der Fall war. Außer leeren Versprechungen und einer telefonischen Nichterreichbarkeit hatte sie leider nichts zu bieten. Der Service hat zu den Jahren davor auch stark nachgelassen was aber meiner Meinung nicht am Personal liegt sondern an den personellen Einsparungen durchs Hotelmanagment. Abends wartet man gut und gerne 15-20 min bis jmd die Getränkebestellung aufnimmt und dann nochmal solange bis sie kommt. Die Rutschen sind zeitlich begrenzt geöffnet 10:00-12:00 und 14:00-16:00 was ich unverschämt finde, da man sich immer an die vorgegebenen Zeiten halten muss und nicht flexibel sein kann um seinen Kindern Rutschvergnügen zu bieten. Das Essen hat nicht mehr viel mit der türkischen Kultur (Gewürze fehlen total) zu tun sondern entspricht eher dem europäischen Standard. Das was das Hotel ausgemacht hat, weswegen man gerne nochmal gekommen ist, fehlte dieses Jahr auf jeden Fall. Die einzigen die wir absolut positiv erwähnen möchten ist der Animateurchef und der Bademeister Herr M. die uns ab und an ein Lächeln auf die Lippen zaubern konnten. Unser Fazit "Wir werden NIE !!!" mehr dieses Hotel buchen weil wir so enttäuscht worden sind. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr. Waren echt froh als wir heimfliegen durften. Schade war, das wir anstatt einer einfachen Entschuldigung erfolgreich ignoriert und mit nicht eingehalten Versprechungen hingehalten bzw vertröstet wurden.

Öncelikle otel ***et güzel, temiz.Yemekleri çok lezzetti ama net bir şekilde ayrımcılık var.Almansanız ***et güzel vakit geçirebilirsiniz.Türklerle hiç ilgilenilmiyor.Özellikle garsonlar(hepsini dahil etmiyorum) net olarak sadece almanlarla ilgileniyorlar.Bir daha tercih etmem.

Un très chaleureux hôtel avec un accueil excellent de la part des collaborateurs ainsi que un très jolie et propre hôtel situé tout près de la plage. Je recommande très fortement seul petit inconvénient sont le nombre insuffisant de transats. Un grand merci à tout l’équipe.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Waren zum zweiten Mal dort und es ist noch besser geworden. Die fünf Minuten laufen zum Strand sind das kleinste Problem. Am Strand eine sehr gute Strandbar. Personal geht an den Liegen vorbei und fragt nach Wünschen.
