we spent a wonderful time in this hotel. beautiful hotel. everything new. great rooms and service. beautiful beach, sand!!! good food and great drinks!!! imported alcohol and great drinks. nice animations and nice service. Many thanks to the manager Tugba who quickly solved the problem with the room configuration!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is brand new (underwent full reconstruction in 2023) and you can see it! It is tastefully furnished. There are enough space in lobby, lounge, terrace, the pool is the right size (never too crowded) and the beach is sandy. There are many places, where you can grab a snack of whole meal - main dining area, pool and beach bars as well as the lounge bar. The beach bar functions as a restaurant - you have a menu, choose and staff will bring the food to you (there is even salmon steak as a possiblity:). In all places there is a service:) and the food is great! Also staff (almost every one of them) are really welcoming, polite and nice. They smile, thanks, they are not looking through you as I sometimes experienced in other hotels. Also nobody automatically expect bakšiš, which is really nice and refreshing! I would like to mainly thanks Melike (lead animator) for her enthusiasm. Even if you won’t join the group activity, she will make the stay enjoyful and wait till you see her dance and sing in the evening - pure joy! Second person is Eida - always polite, smiling, dancing on her roller-skates, when she seemingly effortlessly rides around the pool with refreshments. Never annoyed with your orders, never take time to rest.. But there were many many many others, working with smile on their lips and making you enjoy your holiday! (Furkan, Hassan, etc!) Also the amenities of the hotel - pattiserie with best icecream, sport bar with widescreen (fotball Euro just took place), well equiped fitness (never crowded..:D). And I almost forgot the á la carte restaurants - we tried “Olio” - italian one and the food was heaven! It tasted like italian (not “turkish style italian” but the real one)! Just one small trouble - if you get the room under the rooftop bar, there would be music playing in your walls until 1-2am, but on the other hand, who would sleep on vacation before midnight?! Overall thanks everybody for this heavenly vacation, hope this high standard od hotel will stay forever! (And I almost forgot: fantastic evening/night animation - live concerts, great artists - pole dance, contemporary, acrobats…)

Everything would be fine if not for the people managing the hotel. Let me start with the manager of larger dimensions who boorishly turned off the lights to guests who were still consuming alcohol on the terrace at midnight. Instead of calmly and with full professionalism which is required of a five-star hotel to approach and ask, he immediately began to drive us away and ask a few times for the room number, threatening that we are waiting for a conversation. I talked to the rest of the guests and they echoed Our opinion that he was very unpleasant and created a mass of unpleasant situations. This was only part of the problem anyway, on the last day after returning from the fact-finding tour and packing our luggage two hours before leaving the hotel we went down to the lobby to say goodbye to our friends from Poland, it was about 23:00, we returned to the room at 00:45, took our suitcases and went to check out of the hotel. The real nightmare began when we arrived at our destination, as it turned out that all the jewelry was missing, many items purchased in Turkey with a total value of 700 euros. For two days I've been trying to contact the hotel, a total piss-poor attitude, promises to contact the manager from realtions with guests who with the guest probably wants nothing to do as you can see we are talking about Tuğba here. The situation is serious and they treat it in a total ambivalent attitude, they do not write back on Facebook, on emails, on the hotel website. I asked friends on the spot during a phone call to pass on, I spoke to two different managers who pulled the wool over my eyes with a response which is still missing. They don't want to check the cameras to see if anyone visited our room during the hours mentioned above, even though the camera was pointed directly at our room. Hide your belongings because reading the reviews I found out that there were a couple of such situations, read the reviews especially those with a low rating, and do not let yourself be fooled by beautiful pictures because you do not judge a book by its cover. In conclusion, I give one star for the bartender and wait staff who really try to serve quickly and with care. In my opinion, hotels with 5 stars and people managing it especially would not allow not to explain such a serious situation and having nothing to hide would be happy to help.

Well, it wasn't bad at all... the staff is very friendly I liked them and well the beach very close to the hotel He has some amazing drinks.. i didn't try them all but the moccasin cn alcohol and the orange Hugo were delicious On the beach the water is very good no cold and the sand is very soft without stones I like k has the spa and well the beach bars are more or less Changes -a better Internet connection in the future (the signal does not grab well everywhere) - lower the prices some things (ex. Spa) - more fruits were missing (ex. Bananas, kiwiii..) - more seafood the next arrival and then nothing more What else can I say the shops are cool and well nothing.. i totally like me The food excellent good. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and I was quickly escorted to my room. The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed the well-equipped fitness center, which had everything I needed for my daily workout routine.

Hotel is really nice and modern place, clean rooms and good food. Cleaners staff is sweet and very nice. Entertaining team has good shows, Melike is energazing person. I recommend to everyone to holiday! 😊 Also drink was perfect and staff in the restaurant and bars was really nice.

The hotel was superb! We stayed there for 10 days and it was worth every cent. The service was excellent, the staffs were all attentive with our needs and the Hotel Manager was so friendly and approachable. Our vacation with this hotel was just a dream.
