The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much better

The fact that the shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours is a major asset to this hotel. This is especially the case when you have an early morning flight. The meal at the bar was good. I enjoyed the portion and taste of the quesadillas.

This hotel has good ratings and that's why I stayed there. It's a hotel on the decline. It seems like if something breaks in a guest room, they simply don't replace it. My room had not coffee table next to the couch - just a big empty space. The soap holder had broken off in the shower, nothing replaced it. The chair at the "work" desk was broken.
But the hotel as clean and the staff was adequate.
The highlight of this place is the bar. Great selection of spirits. Good bartenders.

Quick layover on my way to the Cayman Islands. Close to the airport. Lounge bar was bustling with great staff & music. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. My main gripe is the location of the hotel. It’s kind of buried in an industrial area.

Good location near airport but their shuttle is small so you might have to wait a couple trips before getting on; it fills up quickly. Place could use a little updating but it’s a decent place overall.

The staff was great and attentive. The rooms and hotel were well-kept and clean, I would stay again.

Stayed one night because of airline delays. Large room, well equipped except that the bedside USB’s didn’t work. Close to the airport, free shuttle service every half hour. Little market on site is useful if you miss the restaurant.
