Rooms were very out dated. The door to the room had about a 2 in gap under the door. Anyone could look in to see us changing. Head boards were peeling onto our pillows and all over us. For what we paid it should not have been this terrible. Very disappointed in this hotel.

I absolutely love this hotel. As soon as we walked in, I saw the big Christmas Tree, beautiful. This hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The price was great, the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.

The little suite was perfect for the graduation stay.
Put Nanna on the pull out and there was plenty of privacy with the divider wall.

Happy with room and stay! We’ve rebooked for Thanksgiving. Elevator was crazy on game day. Service elevator was in use for guests too. Staff is friendly and room was CLEAN and comfortable. The renovations are looking good. I travel with my job, so I’ve seen a lot!

Staff was not at all aware of what was happening around them. The room was very outdated and smelled like cat urine. The door to the ground floor balcony was unlocked so anyone could have entered room. Not a great stay and very expensive.

First I was giving a double instead of a king. Then I had a cabana room that was next to the pool, the music was in ALL NIGHT long. The sliding door to the pool was cracked and nearly impossible to straighten. I understand they are renovating but I will never go back.

Room ordered wasn't available due to electrical issues. Least they could do was throw in a free coffee. Never again.

This hotel is under renovation but it’s going to take a long long time to get this done…
Reserved our room and asked for a newer renovated room… what we were checked was horribly old looking
