Very disappointed that they had much trouble programming our key cards. No ice machine on our floor. Wet smell inside the room.

There was a minor issue checking in, with our original room’s door being jammed and unable to open, but the front desk got us switched over to another room and we had an overall positive experience. Hotel is conveniently located near several major stores and easy to get to. No issues with parking, comfortable room and beds, and breakfast in the AM. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

bed was comfortable plenty of pillows room was clean, the staff that we were able to communicate with were very nice , and everyone else was polite.
breakfast was passable, we did get to it near the end of the last hour. waffles are always good. but after that just eggs ,French toast, biscuits, no meat. all the usual cereals, cold and hot.

Everything was great except for one thing. There was no hot water nor water pressure. Both the night of my stay and the next morning there was neither. A nice shower ends my day and begins my day and is a prerequisite for me when choosing a hotel.

NOT RECOMMENDED! First thing: garbage in the parking lot; 2nd thing: gigantic roach dead on the floor laying in plain sight only 4 feet away from where the checkin clerk was sitting; 3rd thing: took 15 minutes to get checked in (everything was already paid for by *******); 4th thing: overall worn out and tired interior and exterior decor and cleanliness; 5th thing: garbage in the parking lot still there after 48 hours despite two notifications on our part.

Location is o.k, but there are cleaner, same price and better chain hotels in the same area.
We saw cockroaches in the restroom...never a good sign. Most likely there are more all around the room :(
