At the time of check I was asked to wait since i came at 2.30 pm and the check in was at 4pm. The front staff told me they will text me once the room is ready but they never texted me back. I had to call and check after 4pm and then they said you can come check in. I was there for 3 nights, nobody from the staff ever came to clean the room or change the toiletries. No garbage cleaning as well, I requested couple of times for plates and the staff attitude was very bad. I did get it eventually but she was very rude over the phone.

Very friendly on arrival and departure. Bed was very very soft, so for those who like or need a bit more firmness would not get a good sleep :( Not a lot of soundproofing. Groups of people coming back around 1030 at night, chatting away in hallway until after midnight. Not the hotels fault, just people not being respectful of others. Close to great restaurants and The Village which was nice. I would go again, if the bed was firmer!

This was the last-minute reservation for a weekend. Couldn’t beat the price. Definitely served its purpose. The bed was very comfortable - fantastic sleep. Eco-friendly, body wash and shampoo. The coffee in the room was decent not great. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing….but really strong chlorine. We would stay here again for sure.

I would have loved to leave a positive review but unfortunately I cannot. The check-in lady was lovely and I was hoping our stay would be the same. We checked in pretty late and left early the next morning for the mountain and didn't notice how dirty our room was. When we came back that following day, I was sitting in the tub and noticed a pad wrapper and used tissues thrown under the sink area which cannot be seen when standing in the bathroom. I then saw what I am assuming to be period blood dried onto the outter bowl of the toilet. After noticing this, I took a video and photos to show the front desk staff. I then saw dried blood by the toilet paper holder. I took a photo of that too. I then pulled back the bedding to ensure that bedding was clean and unfortunately, I saw blood patches all over the bottom of the duvet. It was obvious that the cleaners didn't clean they just remade the bed from the previous people staying. This is a huge health and safety issue as this is an unknown person's blood left throughout the room. I contacted ******* as it was very late at night and no one was at the front desk to complain to, ******* tried to contact the hotel with no answer. We were told to complain at check out. I showed a male staff member the videos and photos at check out and he was visibly uncomfortable. He didn't seem to care that we had to stay in a room with period blood from an unknown person. I was then told by ******* that the hotel denied that I complained about this.

Property is under massive construction, Not a good idea to plan a stay at this time. We had so much noise untill 2 am from neighbours, I think there is a dividing door in middle which can merge 2 rooms into one.To be honest I couldn’t able to sleep unitil that time. Btw Staff was nice.. The price is bit high for the facilities and current situation. I must have not chosen the property if know the place is going on massive construction.

Room Was nice bit elevator was not working Having to get a key to get into pool is frustrating

We've stayed at the Livingstone a number of times with no issues. I booked a weekend stay for my wife and I and our two young children on Nov 24-26 and arrived at a hotel that was completely under construction. There is no restaurant, bar, or working elevator. The hallways and room had drywall damage and we rundown. This has always been marketed as a resort but it currently has the appearance and amenities of a rundown motor inn.

Staff never came to clean room. We had paid for a deluxe suite and were given a joining room.
