Two dirty rooms in a row, first one smelled like feces and was filthy throughout. Second room was also filthy and didnt have hot water but luckily didnt smell like feces. There were vagrants in every stairwell, every stairwell had trash, the stairs by my room had blood all over them...which remained there for a week. Johanna is an absolute terrible human being and doesnt know what the words customer service even means..please get that woman away from the front desk. She will insult you, confuse you, and then threaten you. This place also had ********** and druggies galore, constant yelling at all hours of the night, people banging on doors, slamming doors, honking cars in the parking lot to wake other people in cars who are sleeping in the parking lot. If you are coming here with your family I'd say pick a better place. You've been warned

Run down area, homeless a problem! Know that is not motels problem, but does effect overall surroundings.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could give zero stars that is what they would get. The room was dirty, no hot water, burn marks from an electrical fire were along the wall. Needles and alcohol bottles were seen as we were checking out the next morning. The only reason we stayed was we were in town for a funeral and had to check in so late and had to be up early. We checked right out and found another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. We ordered food which was stolen as they messaged it was dropped off outside the door. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

The place was dirty, there was no hot water for the shower. I was just not very pleased with my stay all around.

My room did not have a trash can. I found 3 empty alcohol shots in one of the dresser drawers. There was even a cracker on the floor in the bathroom. There was a very busy street next to the hotel; with cars racing by. The heat and television worked fine and the bed was decent.

This is a flop house, not a hotel. When I was able to check into my room (there was only one staff person and the sign said she was out on a property walk, which lasted 20 minutes), I was surprised by the rental agreement that had to be signed. There were several signs that immediately made me nervous about staying here. Some signs stated that visitors had to be fully clothed before leaving a room. Another sign stated that trash left outside of a room would result in a $50 charge. Etc. However, despite my uneasiness, I decided to try to shake off my misgivings and go ahead and stay. My room was on the back side of the hotel. I was glared at by at least 3 sets of men who appeared very annoyed by my presence. There was a woman who may have been homeless sitting in front of a bike in one parking spot. There were several other parking spots that were taken up by men sitting on the curb drinking. There was drug paraphernalia on the ground. There were multiple cars with their hoods up, apparently in the process of being worked on. I was extremely concerned about my safety and the safety of my vehicle. I went into the room. The state of the room was the tipping point for me. The bed was unmade. There was trash throughout the room. There were towels and such on the floor. Even though the reservation was for a non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke and mildew. In short, it was utterly unacceptable. I stayed long enough to make a reservation elsewhere.

The front desk lady was amazingly friendly. However, the room was filthy, and there was no other rooms available. It was absolutely filthy. I had to go buy some Lysol and some wipes before I could even feel somewhat comfortable. It’s unfortunate because the price I guess you get what you paid for

Staff was great. As for cleanliness they could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but not too bad.

Well I got here and checked in and was given 4 different prices and told the web sight is not valid and was told 119$ on here and 169$ and then 159 and then ended up paying 148$ and got to room and it was dirty and he as cold water and a broken toilet I dodnt have a toilet for over 24 hours and I top them with in the first Two hours and the front desk was rude and not helpful
