Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

Hotel convenient to where I was intending to go the next day. Great price for a one night stay. Great location with large parking spaces. A chain I use on a regular basis so I knew what to expect in relation to room and facilities. Great friendly staff great location for travellers and lots to do on doorstep if looking for a family holiday. Would be happy to stay here if I needed to do again.

Room was in need of a refurbishment as rust under taps, towel rail soap dispenser was rusty and looked very unhygienic. Toilet seat was 3 sizes too small it just covered the inside of toilet pan. Curtains falling in the middle as it was missing runners. Hair in sink and on bath. Not the cleanest of places and looked so tired. Won’t be going here again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Excellent cleanliness of rooms and a very comfortable bed!

Had food in the restaurant with my daughter and it was lovely as allways , staff are so friendly and happy to help with enything . There is one member of staff who I won't name drop but she went out of her way to make me one of the best side sales iv had . It was so fresh and coulerfull I also got to be the first to try her new sauce she has been working on it was lovely . What the heck NATALIE thanks for the saled and i advise people in the future trying her musterd hunny dip

The staff are really lovely here. The rooms had a strange smell to them, which was a little off putting, but ok. The breakfast was at the Brewers Fayre next door and again the staff were lovely and made sure to support me with my food intolerance.

This Premier Inn was easy to find, with plenty of free parking. It’s convenient for Llandudno and Conwy. The check-in process was excellent, and booking the meal deal ( bed & breakfast) was good value and saved us going out to find somewhere to eat. The only negative was that overall, it felt a bit tired.

Suited our purpose as we were visiting family. Good value, well placed. Staff friendly and food available at good price. Wi-fi was not good which was disappointing but parking was good and it was quiet

Daniel (Reception) was amazing, kind and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. You couldn't ask for better customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The booking staff were also really helpful and supportive of my needs.

The staff are an asset to this premier inn. The hotel is in need of a full refurbishment bathrooms are very tired. I have stayed at better Travelodges.The meal deal we paid for at the Brewers Fayre seemed a good deal at the time but the meals are not that good and when the queue to order and pay with ten in front of you and only one barman it is very annoying. You have to have what is shown on the menu and you cannot mix and match ie swap chips for jacket potato as that would cost you another £4.00 only basic meals and a few drinks are included in the deal.
