Hotel Vibra Palma Cactus

Thank you to all of the staff of vibra Palma cactus Me and my family got great experience with all the helpful and lovely staff!! Especial thanks to Jose from reception, we got great tips from him to go around Palma and really works. Highly recommended, you don't going to be disappointed. We went half board, great options for breakfast, always something new on the menu and the same was for the dinner. We looking forward to get back again.

This hotel was wonderful, great value for money, and in a convenient location. The hotel is clean, staff are polite, everything is organised, fully functioning, efficient and well-equipped. The pool is spacious enough for everyone, put your towels down early for the morning sun by the circle side part of the pool. Sun is fully over the hotel from 1pm until sunset which is gorgeous. Staff clean rooms well, breakfast buffet was immense, so many options and always restocked. The beach was less than a 3 minute walk away with ample restaurants, shops, spas, both left and right of the road. The beach is beautiful, fine sands, warm sea water and lots of water sports along the promenade. We also hired bikes from on the corner of the street from hotel leading to beach, only €10 each for the whole day (w/ €10 deposit too). We cycled all the way to the other end of the beach, got on a boat trip and came back, bikes all locked up safe, and we cycled back. The hotel offers so much more than just it's own quality.

Spent 5days in this lovely hotel with my husband last week. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. Left an expensive jacket behind at the hotel. Guest relations were exceptional in assisting me to retrieve the jacket via a courier. Currently in transit to Northern Ireland. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel.

The night security is terrible and rude, otherwise a nice hotel. Food was fine and the rest of the staff was nice. The room was also clean. I would recommend the hotel but make sure you don't come back alone at night. I went to the room crying because of a fat security guard

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport you have to take the public bus EMT number A2 "Aeropuerto-S'Arenal". Take exit 4 from the airport, go along the covered walkway and you will see the A1 and A2 bus stops. Get off at the stop by the Iberostar Hotel and it´s a five minute walk. We chose the half board option and were pleased with the selection at both breakfast and dinner. A chef is present morning and evening to prepare omelettes, meat and/or fish of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, a particular shout out to the gentleman at reception for suggesting I could borrow a crutch after I tripped and damaged my knee. The loan really helped me get around.

Really nice people working at Vibra Palma cactus. Has the best location, 5 minutes walking from the beach. And the rooms were very clean every day. Thank you!! We really enjoyed. And would recommend this to everyone who wants to stay somewhere central and inclusive. As the bar and food were great as well.
