This is my first time staying at the hotel and it met my standards. We arrived there with a express bus from airport in 40 min. The bus stop is right outside but need to walk 2 min under a tunnel because of main roads on top. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. We got our room in a hill which means a little hill walking, slightly tiering but the majority of the hotels are on a hill. The room was really nice and cosy. Really clean. Nice white sheet on top of the bed. A nice and clean balcony,I was worried for insects but there were none. Beautiful view of the sea. They also clean the room daily which is a plus point if you have children. Breakfast is nice and tasty lots of variety but the same hot food. Overall I will give a 4 star. The hotel is close to Anfi beach and puerto rico beach. 2 min with the bus and taxi. Taxi is really cheap for close distance. Thank you for a lovely stay, we enjoyed it.

Notre semaine s'est bien déroulé aprés 1 semaine au Costa Mélonéras et 2 semaines à AnfiBeach ou ns avons 2 semaines en penthouse.
Pour cet hôtel Bon rapport qualité prix attractif avec vue sur Océan trés positive. Beau d'escaliers...
Sauf les travaux de rénovation en cours...

El personal es muy amable ,en especial el recepcionista .El desayuno está rico y todo está limpio y el decorado es bonito .El problema es la humedad tan fuerte que tiene el hotel .En especial se nota de noche en la habitación el olor ,para los asmaticos es peligroso las esporas del moho de la humedad y al estar cerca del mar hay que pintar urgente con pintura especial para el moho .No volvería por la humedad ,el resto bien .

La habitación muy bonita y con muy buenas vistas. Lo único que no merece la pena es la comida que tiene poca variedad y de poca calidad. A parte, teníamos media pensión y nos cobraron las bebidas en la cena porque decían que no teníamos media pensión plus, cuando en la reserva no aparecían ningun tipo de medias pensiones.

logement spacieux, calme, vue sur la mer. Belles piscines, les bâtiments sont espacés. l'environnement manque de végétation, surtout coté plage, mais il est vrai que la nature rocheuse du rivage ne facilite pas les plantations. L'accueil est impeccable, le personnel est souriant et disponible.

I have booked this hotel especially for the heated pool, however when me and my friend arrived there, the water was freezing cold. We’ve notified the staff and they told us it will be fixed. It was only fixed on the day of our departure which was extremely disappointing as we booked this hotel purely because of the heated pool as we went in November. There was also no lifts. The view however was amazing we definitely enjoyed our evening on the spacious balconies! Staff in the canteen were also very friendly!

This is our second stay and we enjoyed ourselves, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and there are renovations going on at the moment to make getting from one area to another’s lot easier. Looking forward to our next visit .
