The hotel wasn’t very busy which was nice. You do have to pay to have a car parked there as an additional charge. They have a free happy hour and snacks every night which was very fun. Being there during the holidays affected the hours on some of the amenities.

I didn't realize about the evening drinks and reception. That was very very nice. And the breakfast was awesome and top notch. My friend forgot a tooth brush and the online option to request one and have it arrive within 5 minutes was amazing.

Excellent location, beautiful building, great food and managers reception is excellent. The rooms were clean. The only two complaints I have is the AC unit was locked out and you couldn’t change the temperature or turn the Fan on. I bought a fan for noise and comfort. The other is the bed and pillows need to be updated or upgraded. Great stay overall. Employees were very nice and helpful.

The overall stay was okay. The breakfast fmin the morning was awesome. When we called for room service it was fast, because our heat in the room was broken they came to fix it pretty quickly. we had stink bugs in the room. They kept coming in, we must have killed about 20 of them. The floor was also dirty and the chairs in the rooms were dirty, they could have been cleaner.

We reserved a suite with four people we had two bath towels, and one washcloth. Took the hotel almost an hour to get us towels and washcloths. Took it upon myself to ask one of the maids for towels and she took clean towels out of a clean room for me. She should be running that place.
We like this hotel, because of the spacious rooms/sweets, and the buffet hot breakfast. It is outdated and some serious, TLC.
