Three star hotel but things are new , breakfast is provided, location is good

Pictures need to be updated. I chose this hotel hoping for a bathtub, got a shower instead and That "recently renovated" shower flooded the entire bathroom and then out into the bedroom carpeting. Whatever weather sealant it had clearly isn't working. Breakfast wasnt a lot of options and weren't great. Was hoping the pool and a hot tub as well especially since we didn't have a bathtub I was expecting but it looks as if the hot tub was filled in at some point. For a Marriott I honestly expected better overall. Disappointed. Other than that staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be given our circumstances. Full vacancy so there was no way to move rooms after the flooding but they brought lots of extra towels. To help soak up the water. Close to the freeway, concord mall and lots of food

The vent in the bathroom has never been cleaned all the dust build up was coming out of the vent

There was hair inside the shower which is disgusting. I don’t think that hotel should stay there if they can’t clean the rooms correctly

Staff was very helpful - we had to switch rooms because of some lingering odors perhaps. Mary promptly got us another room. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms seem to be dated. Small TV's and very loud wall unit in room

My husband and I stayed there for bout 2/3 hours before we had to leave. We seen bugs in the room and stains on bed. Tried to talk to management bout it as we were leaving and all they said was “have a good night”. Would NEVER recommend anyone stay there!!!

The bed was so close to the closet that you had to turn sideways to pass. The heating unit did not have a thermostat so the temperature was impossible to regulate. That is the primary reason I didn’t give a higher rating.

Mary Rose greeted me at the front desk. She was so kind and friendly. She helped me make sure the end of my daughter's birthday was perfect.

From the first phone conversations, check in procedure and breakfast lady, everyone we've met were really nice. They actually care about the guest. The only thing was they said the pool was heated but it's not really warm. It could've been warmer. But our kids had fun swimming nonetheless. For the location and price point its definitely worth it.
